You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The room was clean as was the bathroom, had a great view of the park and the TV tower. I didnt have breakfast so cant comment, the old town is within walking distance of the hotel about 30 mins, as is the KGB museum.

Maybe at some points needs a bit of light refurbishment, but other than that everything was great. Also breakfast was included which was superb! EstoniaHotel is little bit outdated and would need some updating. Sad to say, but the bed was really uncomfortable - narrow, unconventionally soft and bouncy - but maybe our preferences are different.
Location of the hotel is great, free parking on the territory. Receptionist was excellent - made us feel welcomed. Room was quiet and we had complimentary drinks and little muffin in the room - it was lovely. Breakfast had nice options and the breakfast area was nice and big. Nice view from the room (we were on the 10th floor).

GreeceNoise form the road and the ventilators / air conditioning system.
The rooms on high floors (higher than 9th) have good view, The rest see the buildings next, and only some partial view. The lower floors are e also quite noisy (from the road that is close,and the ventilators). Breakfast was pleasant and sufficient. The rooms seemed quite clean. If the rooms were renovated it would be the top hotel in Vilnius. The location is perfect for long walks in the park, The 'very center' can be reached in 20-25' walk.

Got a free upgrade to a better room. Room was large with all the facilities and a nice view of the sunset. Good breakfast and excellent location for business travel. The location is great for nature walks but 30 min by foot away from the city center.

GreeceRooms are outdated and need a renovation. They could also be cleaner. You need to call reception to open the parking, which is a bit of a hassle for international travellers who don't have a local phone number. In the name of sustainability, they only clean and refresh your room upon request. The hotel is located a bit off centre, around 20 minutes walk from the old town. Pillows and bed were a bit too soft for my liking.
The room and bathroom were spacious, free parking was a nice amenity. Free bottle of water and pastries were a nice welcome. Breakfast is good with local and international selections. View from the high roof window was very cool.
