The rooms on 4th floor had quite low ceiling, and small windows. Also, I strongly believe parking should be free for hotel guest.

This time i had problems parking my car. I haven't book the spot in private yard. When i araved there were no free spots to park left. I hade some problems to finde parking

Breakfast choices mostly limited to dairy/meat options; more fresh fruit/veggies and overall healthy options would have been great.

Breakfast was decent. We opted to have breakfast there due to convenience. You probably could have found better value for breakfast outside, but we didn't want to spend time on that. Wish they had more fresh fruit and veggies at breakfast.

It happened to us that we stuck in a huge traffic while boarder crossing. It takes us almost 24 hours to get to Lithuania from Belarus so we couldn’t be on time at the hotel. We still were at the border at te time of checking-out. Ive been in contact with the reception and explain the situation. The girl from the desk was very kind and fully understood the situation that we could manage “no-show” and didn’t charge the price for the room. It was like a breath of fresh air after exhausted time at the border. Id like to thank a lot the girl and the hotel. Next time i hope we can fully enjoy our stay at this nice and warm place!🙏🏻

I did not feel super safe when i walk to hotel from old town but i did not got any problem.

Beds was so comfortable my room has designed nicely. Location was good. Hotel staff was helpful. There is also one supermarket under the hotel which is great.

There are probably more choices for accommodation closer to the wonderful old town of Vilnius.

Well-appointed room with the most comfortable king-size bed we have ever had. The personnel were very polite and responsive to our needs. Breakfast was rich, though the place could become crowded if the hotel hosted an event.

The street is not exactly attractive, and downtown is a bit far for walking, but I booked this hotel because of relative proximity to a conference I was attending (which changed location later, but I kept the hotel).

The hotel is really pretty, everything looks new and clean. Room very comfortable, nothing to compain about.

The neighbourhood seemed a little sketchy when we arrived in the evening. But it looked better in daylight :) Not convenient when you have to get out of car to enter code to frive in. It would be better if one could do it via phone.

Great place where people care about you. Nice room, comfy bed, good bathroom, noiseless minibar and AC. Looks like good soundproofing. Fast and slow chargers for EV cars! Good breakfast.

I wish we could have stayed for longer. Can not fault the stay in any way.

Immaculately clean and modern hotel with a great location, private parking and pet friendly. The hotel and room were very modern and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. Feels more like a higher-end 4-star hotel. There's a big market across the road, a lovely Middle-Eastern bakery in the same building and the taxi to the old town was around 3 Eur. Parking is in a handy private courtyard and also makes a great space to walk the dog late at night without wandering onto the street. I loved the extra touch of pet food bowls that were left in the room on arrival.

- The room was very clean; - The bed is comfortable; - The minibar offered many things; - In the bathroom there is wonderfully aromatic lavender shower soap and shampoo; - Location in the city center; - Public transport right next to the hotel; - The hotel has its own parking area for 8.9 euros/day; - Great breakfast; - Quiet rooms; - Possibility to choose the temperature in the room via the control panel; - Many programs on TV.

Construction works were going on nearby, which slightly interfered with the day's rest.

Wonderful place to stay in Vilnius. Very close to the bus stop "Kalvariju turgus", which is around 15 minutes from the central station. Very nice breakfast, including cold and warm dishes. I was surprised with plenty of towels and a small electric kettle with some tea and instant coffee. Fast wi-fi, carpet floor, no disturbing, lift.
