Very friendly and helpful staff on hand 24/7, a great place to plan your safari excursions and also relax for the rest of your stay, really enjoyed our time there and a very luxurious stay!

- Very beautiful, spacious and modern rooms. - One of the most beautiful pools we have seen so far. Very clean and beautiful especially at night. - Food (breakfast and dinner) was also good. - “Private Safari” directly in the hotel: We saw a lot of buffalos and peacocks. - Safari was perfectly organised by the hotel and we got lucky and could see a leopard. Nothing related to the accommodation but more about the safari in general: we liked the safari in Udawalawe more as it was less touristic, the driver was driving more quietly and it seemed that driver and guide very much enjoyed the tour and the animals themselves. In Yala, the main goal of the driver and guide was to find the leopards. Partially, they drove very fast and did not pay attention to other animals. Still, seeing the leopard was very special and all in all, we would recommend doing a half-day safari in Yala.

The pool was gorgeous and the rooms were very spacious and really comfortable. It is really close to the entrance to Yala National park and the safari that was organised by Wild Culture was amazing, we really enjoyed it. The staff were so kind and really when the extra mile to make a birthday we were celebrating special for us! Thank you so much, we couldn’t recommend it enough!

Lovely setting, overlooking paddy fields. Spacious big and clean rooms. Great swimming pool. Lovely meals - Very happy to customise to needs. Lots of vegan options available. Upul the manager was very courteous and pleasure to communicate with - he and his staff were very attentive to the needs.

We loved our brief (one night) stay at wild culture and will be recommending to friends. The staff were so friendly and the food was incredible - my partner is gluten free and his dietary requirements were catered for. The pool area and pool bar were great and it was great to spend time there relaxing in the sun. The setting of the accomodation is beautiful and the rooms were stunning. I spent some of my birthday at wild culture and they made me a cake, which was lovely :) it was also really helpful that the accomodation booked our safari for us. 10/10

Lovely place to stay in yala. The hotel arranged our safari which was great and packed us water and biscuits! On the morning safari, they had breakfast prepared for our return which was lovely after an early start! The room was very big and comfortable and the pool was a great size to enjoy while relaxing during the day! Breakfast and evening meal were also very nice and we enjoyed both! Upal the manager and all his staff were also great and couldn't do more for us and constantly seeking to impress and make sure we had a good time. Would highly recommend as a stay for a safari in yala

The property is beautiful with great facilities - the pool is lush, basket ball, crazy golf, archery all done in a really tasteful manner. The room was beautiful spacious with great facilities x The food was excellent and plentiful. We loved our stay and special thanks to Upul who couldn’t have been more helpful - he really enhanced the stay. Everyone that worked there was fabulous. Perfect if you are visiting Yala park - a real oasis xxx

Everything was absolutely fantastic! I recommend anyone who is staying in yala to choose this resort! It has a Great pool, great restaurant, great rooms and it is very close to the safari park entrance.

Nothing really - more awareness for others that a morning safari means being picked up at 5am. Also, we booked the morning and afternoon safari - this is actually a very long day so with hindsight, I would've stuck with the half day option instead.

We had an amazing time here! Everyone was so friendly, particularly Uppal who could not do enough to help us! The hotel is small, peaceful & immaculately maintained! Our rooms were huge and spotlessly clean and we loved the shower! The pool is beautiful and we enjoyed a couple of meals sat around it. We took the safari organised by the hotel and we were very pleased with our driver and the guide that we had who was very knowledgeable - we even got to see the elusive leopards!

Amazing views, great pool, only 8 rooms so very quiet and relaxing. Very modern and clean. Food and drinks were fantastic, try the Sri Lankan breakfast! Staff were lovely, we felt very special on the bonfire night! Go here! It is better value than the big Yala resorts!

Nothing … all great. Was. Little worried on the drive up as middle of nowhere but once you arrive you see it is beautiful and safe.

Beautiful, modern, clean, safe. Bedroom and bathroom was lovely. Restaurant and pool bar great. Staff helpful and polite. Very quiet and peaceful. Pool is gorgeous.

The room was amazing. The staff Dushan, Shehan and all the other staff did everything to make our stay perfect. The safari was also very fun to do! And the food was also very nice.

Staff wanted us to pay cash for each meal, rather than add it to the end bill.

Comfy and spacious rooms. Food at the restaurant was well prepared and varied, which is good as the place is quiet isolated. Nice pool area to relax around. Staff were attentive, not over bearing. Friendly and accommodating to requests. Half hour to the national park, we did a safari organised through the hotel. They provided us with cold water and some biscuits for the morning.

The staff really went the extra mile to make us comfortable! The bbq-dinner was delicious, so was breakfast and the a la carte menu. Would really recommend this hotel! We miss it already ;)
