Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The host was the most wonderfull guy you could wish for. He did everything to make the stay, which we had with 3 little children (0, 3 and 4 years old) to the best experience. The villa is clean and beautiful. Wish we could stay longer. It was better than expected by looking at the pictures. Also: the shower was great, better than most others with good pressure.

This is a perfect location if you arrive late at night. Colombo City center is >30 min away. The host will dispatch a driver to pick you up with a very reasonable fee, even in the wee hour. BelgiumWhile everything looked clean, it was not as clean as in my previous accommodations. Also, only a very limited number of restaurants could be found in the neighbourhood. Moreover, under my window, there was a festivity going on. It didn't keep me out of my sleep, but it was pretty loud.
It's a very convenient stay for an early morning airport transfer or a late evening. The bedroom is well equipped, too, with A/C and a nice hot water shower.

ChinaThe hotel owner is a very nice and helpful person. On the way from the airport, he showed me the bus and train stations, helping me get familiar with the routes. He also introduced the sightseeing routes in the city. The villa is very beautiful, and staying here is truly a pleasure. It is also very close to the airport, and they provide airport pick-up and drop-off services only $3 one way.
