You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesA quick tuk tuk ride from the airport, this place is a beautiful little oasis. The owner was kind and helped us with a taxi to the train station. Very clean and comfortable, would highly reccomend if you need a place near the airport. There's also an ATM just down the street, so you can grab money.

NetherlandsNothing really! I did enjoy my room on the first floor better than the one on ground floor that I got on my arrival, something to consider.
I stayed here both on arrival and before departure on my trip to Sri Lanka. For me it was the perfect way to ease into the trip after a long flight and to relax before another long flight home. The place is really clean and located in a nice quiet street. The rooms are great, with airconditioning and mosquito net. At the end of the street is a nice dinner place for both breakfast and dinner that I really enjoyed. The shower was the best I had during my trip. Staff is really friendly and helpful and the owner Chaminda was a really great and interesting guy, whom I really enjoyed having long converrsations with about many different topics. Location is also great, as it's about 5 minutes away from the airport. They can arrange either a car or tuk-tuk for a fair price for the airport transfer if needed. Highly recommended!

The staff and management are super decent and welcoming. We felt so comfortable. Shared kitchenette to make some tea or coffee. The room was nice with AC and a terrace overlooking the beautiful garden. Spottless clean and affordable.. Stayed because close to the airport. They will not offer a ride, take it, cheaper than the airport taxies and Booking has the distance wrong, about 2-4 km. The rooms are basic with few amenities, but the most important thing is the rooms and property are very clean. I have paid a lot more and gotten less. The other is the owner and staff, they checked me in at 11pm and were cheery and helpful.
