Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IndiaFood is below average from Terrace lounge. Less options and weird taste. Seating arrangement is bit conjusted for breakfast served at restaurant. Not able to accommodate people who are staying at hotel food wise and seating wise.
Best view as given in photos, relaxed stay. You won't take your eye off from the Sea straight from room window. Combination of all kind of medium of transportation seen from room. Restaurant room service is great. Food from Restaurant which is located at their ground floor is good.

The sea view was amazing from the room especially by sunset. food was delicious. friendly staff especially Bell boy Samatha was outstanding at his service.

Sri LankaWe arrived a a bit early assuming the early check in mentioned on this platform is a given - one of the main reasons we booked the place but the front office mentioned the hotel is fully booked and we have to wait (Since it was up to us to request an early check in, I get this point). However, the handling of this could have been better - one front office member seemed to be handling multiple guests while the Manager (I assume) just sat there. The hotel also looks nothing like the pictures, the space is more tired, worn out so we felt like there's better options in the area for the price range (we travel often to Colombo). The cleanliness and the comfort of the room is a big plus.
We were there to attend a few meetings nearby so it was a great location. One front office person was very polite. Room was clean (spotless) with a great view.

The location is excellent and the view of the ocean from the room is awesome. Hotel staffs were courteous, with special mention of Nuwan, the housekeeping boy for his humble behavior and sincerity. The breakfast spread was good with wide options.

MauritiusNice hotel, but I expected it to be more fancy(based on the pics). The room we booked was lovely with an ocean view. For the price we paid, it doesn't seem value for money though, as for the same price you can have better hotels in the same area. The location was OK. Some restaurants and pubs around. The staff at the reception were not so friendly. Breakfast was good, nothing fancy. But lots of flies. I recommend looking around for more options before booking this hotel.
