The sound insulation in the room wasn't the best, and the internet very slow. Also, the bathroom was not in the best shape.

It was convenient with the restaurant and bar on the first floor, and also with the adjoining pizzeria. They were nice places to sit and work at. Also, the staff were very friendly.

The room is quite noisy, you can hear loud bus honks and road noise throughout. The door doesn't seem very sturdy, it feels like anyone could break in easily. and the towels seem old and worn. I've seen Some spider webs in the bathroom

The Lion Pub is famous in Sri Lanka, located by the Galle Road. The rooms are decent, but the hotel feels a bit empty. Considering its location and price, it's worth it. Amenities include a bed-mounted TV and functional AC. Bathrooms are clean and odor free, and the place feels safe. Clean bed sheets and comfy beds make for a satisfying stay, though it's not a luxury experience.

I found the noise from the main road to be somewhat disruptive.

I had a wonderful time at The Lion Pub & Hotel. The cleanliness and comfort were outstanding, ensuring a pleasant experience throughout. Plus, having their own pub on-site was a definite highlight. Moreover, there is a food city right across the street, which was very convenient. Additionally, I must commend their excellent room service, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend The Lion Pub & Hotel for a comfortable and convenient experience!

Although the place is wonderful, I must point out some shortcomings: There was no kettle in the rooms. We were not given the AC remote by them. We were unable to control the temperature as a result. In addition, the bathroom needed some cleaning. We detected an unpleasant odor, and the surface wasn't clean. Kindly supply a trash can in the bathroom. Before you offer the guest the accommodation, kindly take all of those factors into account. Employees were excellent.

The location is excellent. There are a lot of stores nearby, and I truly enjoyed it. The employees were fantastic—honestly kind and very helpful. There is a really kind girl at the check-in who assisted me with everything. Good-sized space. The bed was comfy. The staff was excellent. worth for the money.

All the noises from the galle road can be disturbing. Will make them more comfortable if they can arrange techniques to avoid sound from outside the road.

There is a pub and stuff if you really want to have food, liquor and chill. The rooms were clean, safe and comfortable. The staff is really friendly, cooperative, helpful and professional.

No dust bin. No paper Tissue / Toilet roll tissue No water pressure. No electric kettle. No doormat. Only one tea bag. No tv.(It has have before ) Only one towel. No tea cups.

We were in a room at the back of the hotel & the balcony wasn't very good. I did mention it to the manager and he said it was quieter at the back. There was no view & no furniture so no point in a balcony

The bathroom was a bit unclean and the main door didn't close properly so sound traveled through so outside sounds could be heard into the room.
