The room was very old and dark. The bathroom was not clean. The food was not good and very expensive. They charge a 15% service on everything, while the service is not that good. Overall too expensive.

Due it being low season, the complete buffet wasn't served every day.

Our room was very spacious and comfortable, the staff very friendly and we absolutely loved the surroundings. The breakfast was varied and had lots of delicious fresh fruit.

I was supposed to have a 15% discount on food and beverage.. but they didn’t applied it. I requested to review the bill and then, after waiting one hour, they gave me an higher bill.. that’s unfair. I asked them to review it again but they give me only 10€ discount.. it was supposes to be more than 50€ discount. Since I waited more than one hour at the end I payed the bill in order not to loose more time.. but that is not correct. The structure is beautiful but it can be managed in a better way. For example the bathroom is really big, with a beautiful walk in shower.. but there is a lot of limestone on it.. maybe an improvement of attention on details would be great!

The structure is beautiful, really big and with a lot trees around it. Big swimming pool, huge rooms, western buffet breakfast. Staff is really kind but in my opinion on some points they have to be better trained.

The food was poor and expensive. The menu had choices but the quality was bad. TukTuks are hard to get and expensive because of the remote location. There were lots of bugs and mosquitoes but to be expected in this location.

The location was great, the staff were really helpful and welcoming, they helped us sort out TukTuks and getting to the medical centre. We loved the dogs and monkeys around the resort.

AC in the rooms were not effective and also made some noise. Also room cleaning was a bit lacking, I had to call House keeping to provide Shampoo and bathgel which was missing

It would've being helpful to have some sort of mosquitoe repellent in the room itself.

This is my second visit here. The highlight for me was to be greeted by bird sounds in the early morning. We all enjoyed the variety of local fruits that were being offered for breakfast and the choice of different cuisines. The premise was beautifully kept and lovely to have the unexpected peakcock and monkey visitors.

Added in a lot of prices at the end ie taxes etc that aren’t shown on the initial prices. We got a lot of mosquito bites in the room.

The tractor sound disturbed the quiet environment. We agreed on three single beds, but they provided one double bed and one single bed. The quality of the food could be improved.

Good location. Good variety in breakfast. The staff were helpful. Beautiful environment. Facilities such as a pool and a ground are good. They have organized an 'Avurudu Festival', which we enjoyed as guests.

Can't complain it was great!

Staff were amazingly helpful and went over and above organizing high tea at no extra cost, grounds were peaceful and beautiful with the pool surrounded by nature with comfy day beds, rooms were HUGE with great wifi and aircon plus comfy and clean!
