Such an amazing place. We were actually very sad to leave after 3 days. Would have loved to stay longer. Directly on the beach and all you hear are the waves. We ate quite often in the Restaurant and all meals were very tasty with good prices. The beaches are rather quite, which was perfect for some relaxed days. You can get free sunbeds if you buy a drink at the Restaurants which have sunbeds or you just take your towl to the beach. Would definately love to come again.

Wonderful experience, loving host family, amazing place. Perfect for rest and relaxation. Delicious cuisine, no need to go into town to eat, no need to worry about anything, the host is phenomenal. In addition, we received a small gift at the end. The best place to rest and service at the highest level.

Paradise. The most beautiful place we’ve ever stayed at. Although we booked for one night, we ended up staying longer. Loads of comical hermit crabs, fireflies at night and falling asleep with the magical sound of the sea. We love everything about this place!

I would improve the cleanliness of the bathroom (cobwebs, broken toilet seat), but it's worth to remember that it's a beach house, partly without glass in the windows, so you have to take it into account and it doesn't bother you much, especially for guys :)

The lack of walls and the opportunity to commune directly with nature was a wonderful experience. Sometimes maybe even too deep, because the cookies left on top were eaten by some animals at night. The bed was comfortable, the mosquito net passed the test, and the mood lights throughout the room were also pleasant. If I were in this area again, I wouldn't hesitate to spend a few nights there again. A few steps from the house there is a restaurant belonging to this facility with very good food.

The location of the facility is unique, right next to the ocean and from the balcony there is a wonderful view. But the waves may disturb your sleep. Restaurants nearby, there was also a restaurant with tasty food in the facility. The owner and staff were very nice. We received a gift as a farewell gift, which was very touching. The room was beautiful and unique, with a mosquito net. The bed was large and comfortable. The bathroom was open to nature, which suited us very well. The water in the shower was cold, but it didn't bother us. I recommend.

Our room had broken glass in two places in the front door. There was no where to put your clothes except the one table in the room. The toilet seat was badly discoloured. The bedroom and bathroom badly need a refresh.

The property was in a great location right on the edge of a beautiful beach. Our balcony looked out over the ocean and the coconut palms. Everyone was very friendly and the place had a relaxed atmosphere.

Very friendly staff. The room is very cosy and there's a nice swimming pool and the location is precious right on the beach. Restaurant is also good. When leaving they gave us a little present. Everything super, it's like paradise on earth.

The acommodation was very pleasant. The view from the window on the sea was wonderful, also the sound of waves. The staff was very kind, they serve very tasty breakfast. The host arranged transport from the airport and also transport to national park Udawalawe and to our next stay in Sri Lanka. We surely recommend this acommodation in Tangalle, especially when you want to have nice sceneria on the sea.

Absolutely stunning location! Rustic but authentic treehouses overlooking an unspoilt and quiet beach. Wonderful owners. Delicious food and comfortable restaurant where you can sit all day just admiring the view. It’s a bonus to have a pool as the sea at this end of the beach is too rough for swimming. For the price, a faultless, thoroughly enjoyable and memorable stay! And loved Tangalle too!

If you're looking for peace, want to be woken up by waves hitting empty beach right in front of your house, drink juice straight outta coconuts sitting by amazing pool, or maybe even get different perspective on your life lying in the shadow of palm trees - you won't find a better place, especially when you are happy to see treefrogs and geckos visiting your bathroom. Keep in mind this is not a resort with western standards of luxury - if you're looking for such things go somewhere else, maybe even consider another country. Last but not least - special thanks for family running this little paradise for being super friendly.

Some people may find the sounds of the ocean too loud and disturbing at night but c'mon - that is what makes this place unique :)

The location is unreal - the house is not next to the beach - it is AT THE BEACH :) the water was literally 3m in front of the house's terrace. The top bed with no front wall gave uniqe possibility to sleep with the ocean itself ;) Super long sandy beach, palm trees, crabs, seashells, pool, friendly staff. All sums up to a wonderful stay.

The amazing location right by the beach! Lovely swimming pool in green area, a bit secluded at about 10 to 15min walking to the bars/restaurants, very tasty breakfast (local or Western), friendly staff! Most beautiful place we have ever stayed at!
