We really enjoyed our stay here! The place is conveniently located close to the silent beach & Tangalle. The room itself is well equipped with a desk and a large bed. We especially liked the terrace with its own kitchen. I think it's the best deal you can get for the price.

We’re young backpackers, and this is by far the best guest-house we’ve visited in our travels. A modern, well-kept villa with a nice garden. The room was very clean, the AC worked perfectly, the bed was big. We even had an extra room to install all our clothes and equipment, and the room’s terrace was spacious with a view on the garden. Waking up and being served breakfast on the balcony was an amazing vacation experience.

A very beautiful property in between a lush garden of fruits and palmtrees. I would have stayed longer, if the property would have been vacant. The family was incredibly nice & helpful.

Amazing house with a lovely family. The host was super friendly and helped us with everything we needed. This is the place to be when you are visiting the coast. It’s 8min walk from the best beach in Sri Lanka- the Silent Beach. Shops and restaurants are very close. The apartment was super clean and gorgeous. AC and internet worked amazing. There is a balcony with a view of the garden (superb!). We had a delicious breakfast each morning prepared by the host. It’s also possible to have dinner - highly recommended. Best stay in Sri Lanka!

In my opinion, this is the best place you can stay in Tangalle. It is located a little bit outside the center so calmer but still close enough so that within 5 minutes, you are in town if you wish to. Two of the most beautiful beaches of the area (Silent Beach and Goyambokka Beach) are within walking distance. The place itself is absolutely great. It's a beautiful house with the hosts living on ground floor and the rooms/apartments on 2nd and 3rd floor. They are very spacious and equipped with everything you need, both for a short vacation or for a longer term stay. The beds are comfortable and the mattresses have standard US/European length, so your feet won't stick out. The AC works properly and in addition there is a fan. The WiFi is perfectly stable and fast enough even for video calls. The bathroom is clean and designed in such a way so that you can take a shower without the entire floor being wet for hours. The host and his family are very friendly and welcoming. His English is very good which makes communication easy, and he replies very quickly. They offer food at their place and rent out scooters. Given the price all of this is offered to us as guests, this place definitely deserves a 10 star review. I have already recommended coming here to friends and am certain you will be happy staying here either.

We loved our stay in Tanzanite place. Everything is new and works as it should. Breakfast was delicious. Close to the villa is silent beach : beautiful and quiet. We rented bikes at a fair price. We recommend this place. It is value for money!

Great room for a great price! Very helpful staff. We stayed for two nights and wanted to stay more but they were full. They cleaned the kitchen for us which was very nice. Great and cheap laundry service. 10min walk to silent beach. Nice terrace overlooking the garden.

The apartment was amazing. It was very clean and we had a beautiful balcony and a lot of space. Bathroom was clean. The landlord was very nice and helpful. We did rent a scooter and were happy with the scooter as well. The nearby silent beach is the most beautiful one of the area and is only 8 min by foot away. The accommodation has a nice garden and was not to loud. They also helped with transportation to the next location and organized a better price than in PickMe app. 100% recommendation.

This place has the best location in Tangalle area. You can drive easily to Tangalle or Hiriketya or Dickwella and explore the beaches. The best beginners surfing beach is also really close - Kudawella. Our room was spacious, had really good and quiet AC, with nice balcony and kitchen area. Very clean, good shower and extremely nice host. There are several family restaurants nearby, we can really recommend The Boat Kitchen and Athena Seafood - great authentic food freshly made with really reasonable price (we were off-season). We came for one night but decided to stay 7 nights instead - because we felt good here and great place to stay. Not so turisty as Hiriketiya and everything is still so near by!

The privacy of having the entire 3rd floor for ourselves with kitchen, living room and balcony. Was such a great experience! Location was good for us! It is a 5 minutes walk from a beautiful beach and a few minutes away from other beaches and attractions by scooter or tuk tuk. On top of it, the owner and his family are beautiful people. We loved it.
