The first room they gave me was very small and no sitting area while my reservation was a large room with seperated sitting area and pool view.. After long discussion, they gave me wider room but no seperatex sitting area...

The cost of the room and the meals.

My reservation was for a room-only stay, even though I had anticipated it would include breakfast. Consequently, I ended up buying two meals from the hotel. The portion sizes and flavor were satisfactory, but I found the meals to be quite expensive.

During our brief stay, we didn't see or experience anything that we weren't happy with.

The room was clean and it had sufficient facilities. The bed was quite nice. We were very happy to have a room next to the pool and It was a nice sight.

I wish the restaurant was closed and air conditioned during those hot days. Although I understand many guests like to weave in and out towards the pool. The bar area was more comfortable to sit and eat during the stay.

The bathroom was smelly and we were unable to identify what the source was. As we were there for one night we didn't care to complain about it. This was prevalent even with the window open.

Friendly staff and a comfortable hotel. Dinner and breakfast options were good. Manoj who was our waiter did a great job helping us to try different options.

The A/C the controller was really complicated maybe we weren't that experienced with central A/C system. The TV channels were limited as well compared to our other stays at similar level of hotels this was way below the average. During our breakfast, we didn't see a much variety of food, could have gone out for the breakfast as we did during the night and saved some money. Overall you'll feel that you are down on the deal.

The members of the staff greeted us warmly and helped with the check-in process. We went straight to the room and it was pleasant and spacious. The room was downstairs and was facing towards the pool. We were delighted to have that room. During our breakfast the staff at the restaurant were swift and ready to clean the table right away when we finished and move out to get our next dish.

there was nothing we disliked. The bathrooms could do with a little bit of updating, once there are a higher number of guests to generate more income for the property. Mattresses / cushions for the soundness would add extra comfort by the pool.

The staff were very attentive and really welcoming. The location of the property was fine for getting into town and to Mihintale. There was a faded and gracious charm about the property, which we enjoyed, along with the large pool , which was refreshing. Nothing was too much trouble in terms of the meals we were served, with flexibility together with accommodating our changes. The food was excellent!

The surrounding was dark and not lit up well.

Breakfast was very good. Restaurant staff was excellent. The set up of the food and table/s were excellent.

Too noisy, lot of mosquitoes, people shouting and walking on the corridor early in the morning at 4am. Mosquitoes were too many and it was so difficult. And the linens provided were too thin.

We stayed for one night.. the door to the balcony didn’t lock properly There was no sealed bottled water in the room. Dinner and breakfast buffet was very disappointing. Very limited choice , poor quality food and overpriced. Do not recommend eating at the hotel restaurant.

The Vacation we had in RAJARATA HOTEL - ANURADHAPURA is superb, This was my second stay there and it was great again - I visited Rajarata Hotel with My Family -They loved it too. Beds were comfortable, Rooms and bathrooms were superb clean - Room Services and Reception Staff was very good - For my father's birthday i told the hotel i want to give him a surprise and they arranged it so well - WOW ... Great support. Thank you for your service so much - Must say I ordered lunch from their Alar Cart Menu and they had great varieties where food were tasty and restaurant staff was so helpful and respectful. Had breakfast Buffet - It was superb with some good Varieties to select - Thanks again -Loved our stay at Rajarata Hotel & Will come again for sure.

Staff is not bad but management should be behave more responsible way .the room given was good but front door key was not functioning .I had to go here and there several time even they cant ,they disturbed throughout we was very unhappy
