We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

GermanyThis location is amazing. We loved the jungle vibe. The room was huge and super clean. The staff was amazing and super friendly always helping out with tips on what to do and organizing a tuktuk. The breakfast was great as well. We would definitely come back.

NetherlandsYou can feel that the owners put a lot of love in the property and the philosophy of making the hotel part of the green environment. With the Tuktuk you’ll be in Ella in 5 minutes. We loved the honest interest and conversations and that our daughter (3) could play with Namara (the daughter of the owners) and felt really at home. There’s an iron machine in the hallway which is a plus. We were with our daughter and they brought a sleeping couch in for her, which was great service. Furthermore the hotel is super new and clean and the room is spacious. Breakfast was really nice (just make sure to ask for it the evening before and they’ll make a great breakfast)

AustraliaBeautiful new boutique hotel in Ella. We stayed here to easily access the train station (5min away) and town. Rooms have amazing views of nature, squirrels etc. Lovely modern bathrooms & super comfortable beds. Highly recommended this gem if you looking to break the journey.

MaldivesThis beautiful sanctuary at Ella was the perfect find. If you are looking for cozy homely feels and a clean place to spend your time, Namara is the place. My mornings started with the beautiful nature sounds and looking at green hills and my evenings ended with fireflies outside the balcony. It was truly magical. The wonderful couple is very helpful in giving their recommendations about what to do in Ella and arranging transfer within the city as well as the airport.

Owners and staff were excellent and a highlight of the stay, very helpful. Property well maintained and clean. While a little out of town, the manager was able to provide us with a tuk tuk driver who was very well priced and reliable making it easy to get around

Gorgeous small hotel just out of Ella - 5 minutes by tuk tuk ! Tony and the staff were friendly & welcoming , the hotel is new and thoughtfully appointed , rooms extremely clean , stylish and comfortable. Idyllic leafy garden views . Breakfast was perfect - Sri Lankan pancakes were a treat !

New ZealandOnly thing was There was no mini fridge in the room which could’ve been handy for us as we did have drinks and snacks to store the night before our tours /departure where we had to leave early hours of the morning and no shops were open.
Loved the staff, very friendly and helpful. Uber and pick me do not work in Ella, On our first day he was able to get us a tuk tuk to pick us up which we ended up using during our whole stay. Breakfast was beautiful and fresh. Nice rooms as well.

We had an amazing stay at this small hotel, everything was brand new and super clean. It’s walking distance from the centre of Ella but without the noise. The host was extremily friendly and made a great breakfast. 10/10 would recommend staying here when visiting Ella!

United KingdomAlthough the walk into Ella town was very beautiful it could be tricky at night which may be a problem for some people. It was very easy and cheap to get a tuk tuk to the hotel though!
The staff were fantastic and made us a fantastic breakfast each morning. The property is nestled in the jungle and is very beautiful. It is well maintained and the beds were extremely comfortable.

BahrainYou're not at a walkable distance to the town, so you have to take a Tuktuk each time. There are no shops / restaurants / pharmacies nearby either, hence the Tuktuk. It would be nice to have a more comfortable outdoor chairs / table, I would have loved staying outside more if I was comfortable.
A really comfortable room that had a great view of the valley that this hotel is situated in. Super friendly staff and a good breakfast as well! AC worked great.
