**Hotel Review** Our adventure began with an exhilarating jeep ride to the hotel, which was an absolute blast! Arriving at night, we were greeted by the manager who provided a delightful introduction to the space—it felt like stepping into a Disneyland attraction. The tranquility of the surroundings immediately put us at ease. Being nestled in nature does mean you might encounter some frogs making their way into your room, but we found this charming rather than bothersome. If you’re not comfortable with the idea of sharing your space with nature, this might not be the ideal spot for you. This hotel is perfect for those seeking a unique safari experience while enjoying quiet moments in your own treehouse, complete with breathtaking 180-degree views of lush greenery. It truly offers a one-of-a-kind getaway! They arranged reasonably priced tours, which we appreciated. However, I do wish the dining options offered more local flavors. The food was quite expensive and leaned heavily toward bland Western cuisine, which didn’t quite justify the nightly rates. The standout dish was definitely the local pancakes, which we thoroughly enjoyed! Overall, if you're looking for an extraordinary experience surrounded by nature, this hotel is definitely worth considering!

Great place for an adventure but if you need air conditioning it’s only available in your room. It is worth getting outside your comfort zone for this place though. The service and attention to your experience is great.

The aircon was very powerful and I couldn't figure out how to turn it down in one room so were freezing in the night. The packed breakfast on safari was very basic. It would've been nice if the safari driver could have told us more about what we were seeing etc (maybe some kind of speaker/microphone between the cab and the back of the vehicle? The BBQ dinner was VERY meat-heavy. I should've warned in advance that we don't eat (much) meat. We did say at check-in but I guess by that point it was too late. It was a shame to see so much food go uneaten.

I was almost put off by some of the negative reviews here (and in other places), but so glad we stuck with our decision to visit. To directly address some of the points other people have made: - the road to the campsite is very bumpy, but this is to be expected when you're in a remote campsite. The safari car dealt with it well and the driver was very good at warning us (especially the kids) to keep our heads and hands inside the car. - insects in the room - we didn't experience this. There are some ants that were living in the tree, but they stayed out of our way (and it was extremely cool to see their leaf nests up close). - Frogs and geckos in the bathroom - my daughter and I didn't see any, but my husband and son had a frog in their bathroom - we were a bit jealous ;) The staff pre-warned us about this. As the campsite is in the wild you can't expect animals not to pop up sometimes. This is glamping not a 5* hotel. We did encounter a giant squirrel on our balcony which is very exciting (and a bit scary...). - The campsite is only about 30 minutes from the entrance of Yala national park. - We enjoyed the early morning safari. It was our first safari experience and was a lot of fun (even without seeing a leopard) Other positives: - the location is stunning - looking out over the trees to the ocean with beautiful birds flying overhead etc. Idyllic. We didn't try the shower so no comments on that.

Had a wonderful experience at Leopards Nest. The rooms located in the middle of the nature with such good view. Super politie staff, which arranged BBQ and bonfire for dinner the two nights during our stay. We also booked a full day Safari through the Hotel, which was also a very good experience. Our guide was nice and the hotel had prepared an amazing lunch for us. The trip to the hotel is bumpy, but a part of the experience.

My only feedback would be that some side lamps in the Jungle Nest would make a real difference as it was quite dark during the evening and some binoculars on the safari would be a bonus.

The staff couldn't have been more helpful and attentive. The meals were excellent, the barbecue under the stars was amazing and there was plenty of food and cold drinks. The safari trips were great too and we saw buffalo, crocodiles, wild boar, eagles, lizards, mongoose and we were really lucky to spot the elusive leopard! The rooms were clean and the Kings Nest treehouse was incredible - the views were amazing and it was so quiet and relaxing.
