Google maps is horrible to use, do NOT trust Google because it takes you on routes that are basically through the jungle. The staff went out of their way to help us and they cannot be blamed for Google failures.

The staff were exceptional and helpful and the room was delightful. They provided, excellent service and rented me the bike which made the difference.

The place is really beatiful, clean and peaceful. It is outside of very busy Mirissa, but still very close - 7min by scooter / tuk tuk. The room is spacious and comfortable. The staff is sweet, kind and will help you to organise anything you need. The place is right by the lake, you can take a boat and enjoy beautiful sunset there. For the breakfast you get fresh fruits, smoothie, eggs on your preffered way, tea, coffee. We prolonged the stay and would come back in the future.

There's a train that goes by sometimes nearby, but it honestly wasn't a big deal and didn't affect our stay at all.

We just left Kiss Blossom Hotel after a one-night stay in their suite. Everyone at the hotel was amazing - super friendly and helpful, with tons of great recommendations for the area. The location is perfect for relaxation. It's a quick tuk-tuk ride from the beach, restaurants, and main streets of Mirissa, but at the hotel itself, it's quiet and private. There's even a beautiful lake view with access! The pool was clean and refreshing, and the whole place is well-maintained. We highly recommend.

I would instantly say nothing however a real tiny thing that is more a suggestion and not a complaint. A second hook and a dustbin in the bathroom.

Absolutely everything about this hotel, the staff, the location, the accomodation, the customer service and the food. The hotel was very clean and well kept. The lights went out and the generator kicked in immediately. The staff were incredible, they were so kind, welcoming, friendly and helpful. A want to mention these amazing people by name, they more than deserve the credit. Sandunmal, Anjana Njana , Sanju, Wimalasena .A wonderful staff team that do this place proud. One of the things that I like about Kiss Blossom is their attention to detail. This hotel only has 5 rooms so the quality of care that they give is exceptional and the standards of the hotel are outstanding. I would highly recommend a stay here it is a beautiful place to stay and I will definitely return. Also, the photos on Booking.com are exactly what you get.

Located a little out of mirissa (5 min tuk tuk) but it made it even better as you feel you’re in a more authentic quiet area, right on a lake with monkeys! Room felt new and clean and to a modern standard. Staff here were the best during our whole trip in Sri Lanka - so friendly and kind!

Quite far out of town and difficult to find for most tuktuk drivers but the hotel gives you a card with directions which helps.

Not anything to complain about. Only minor thing is that its a bit out of the way from the main strip, but still only a very short tuktuk ride away from the beach etc.

It's clearly a brand new build and there were a few small snagging issues in the room which I'm sure they will get fixed; our sink leaked and wasn't fitted properly, there was no bin in the bathroom, there was no hooks or towel rails anywhere which was awkward for finding hanging space. We have some mosquitos (no net) but they quickly gave us a plug in device. Small things!

We loved our stay here! Pool was gorgeous with beautiful gardens surrounding. The room was brand new and stunning, minimalist design - we loved it! Massive in size and spotlessly cleaned. The staff are fantastic and do anything to help you, th manager is especially great. Thankyou so much, would highly recommend!

Myself, my fiancé and 2 friends spent 3 nights in the Kiss Blossom hotel. It was an amazing end to our trip in Sri Lanka. What stands out hugely is that the service was incredible. The property is modern, new and clean. The area is peaceful and slightly outside of the busier town, but a 30 min walk or a short tuk tuk ride away. Which was perfect for us. The staff helped us with renting bikes and made it all very easy and convenient. The staff did everything possible to make our stay wonderful. They were kind and welcoming and helped us with anything we needed or asked. Upon arrival they made us feel so welcome with their kind actions and this continued for our whole stay! The service received was so of the best I have ever experienced! Thank you so much for giving us a wonderful and memorable stay.

Fabulous helpful staff, service was great. Room was spacious with a lovely balcony and outdoor seating. Food was delicious too. Location was good but it is easy to go wrong when using satnav.

During our stay, there were Europeans living in the neighboring room who wanted to create conflict with us out of nowhere. But this doesn't reflect on the hotel, it's important to understand that it's a global situation. And we are Russians. For us, it wasn't a problem. We always maintain a positive attitude in any life situation because our lives pass by too quickly, and we don't want to waste it on conflicts.

Lovely hotel with caring staff. The hotel is located in a very romantic place - on the shore of a lake. The access to the lake is subtle and surrounded by greenery. There is an opportunity to go kayaking, which we took advantage of. While paddling a decent distance from the shore, my partner lost balance and flipped over on a single kayak. It was not dangerous at all since the lake is shallow, and we were equipped with life jackets. We were amazed that within 4-5 minutes after one of the two kayaks flipped, the hotel staff, in the form of rescuers, were already sailing towards us on a small barge. It was so pleasant. The hotel workers are extremely responsible, caring, and friendly. Our absence during the night (when we were at a party) was also noticed, and the hotel staff wrote to us, discreetly checking if everything was okay with us. Our stay at the hotel exceeded our expectations: the room was perfectly clean, the bedding was soft and of high quality, there was an extensive range of toiletries, well-maintained grounds, a clean swimming pool, and delicious food. This is one of the best places we stayed during our month-long trip around the island.
