We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

The room was with a beach view and unexpected. They have arranged breakfast buffet which was worth the pay. The price of dine in dinner was also very affordable and they had varieties. The hotel and room was very clean. The pool is never crowded. I would like to stay a day more, but Mirissa doesn't have that much tourist spot to enjoy.

Sri LankaStarting from the security at the front gate, everyone is very welcoming. The vibe is incredibly comfortable. The location is stunning and attracts surfers. For travelers, it's convenient to cover all areas from Galle to Matara from here. Though I'm not a surfer, watching them from the window of my room was so much fun. Even during crowded times, there was no rush. The staff is well-organized and very friendly. The breakfast buffet has few options, but there's nothing to complain about; every item is delicious. Moreover, the dinner and other menu items are very good. The taste is excellent, and the prices are very reasonable. The pool is never crowded.

Breakfast has a great variety to choose from. The resort is on the beach with a great view of the ocean. It was great to sit on the balcony and watch the surfers while enjoying a morning coffee. The pool is clean, big and has a section for children.

United KingdomAs soon as you get to the hotel to check in, you are presented with a double sides A4 paper with all kind of rules ranging from asking you not to hang clothes outside the balcony to not to wear normal shorts to the pool. I do not know if this hotel has had a lot of bad experiences in the past but found this a bit off putting as we felt like we had checked in to a military dormitory where you get a "code red" for minor offences rather than a hotel. The Christmas day buffer that was charged at 7000 Rupees (22USD) per person was an absolute joke and such a disappointment. For that kind of money we were expecting fresh seafood and all but was presented with some white fish and calamari and the standard rice and curry.
Excellent location as the hotel is located right on the beach that caters bother for surfers as well as snorkelers providing you are a good swimmer. The white sand beach is also good for walking. The swimming pool is large enough to relax and swim providing the hotel is not too busy. Staff, just like most Sri Lankan hotels, are very helpful and are always happy to help.

New ZealandBooked online, and then immediately got aggressive whatsapp messages saying I had to pay a compulsory Christmas fee of $50usd. I wasn't happy as no mention of the dinner prior to booking. I sat and watched the hotel empty out of guests leaving, who clearly didnt want to pay up. Dinner and show not worth the money..
Fantastic location near surf beaches, amazing views, clean and comfortable hotel. Friendly staff.
