It was hard to sleep because of the loud air conditioner which seemed to switch two regimes, the host had promised to look into it.

The bathroom is not the cleanest I've encountered and could have used a small wipe across the mirror so you could at least see your reflection in it. Nothing major unhygienic but still a minor inconvenience. Something to hang your clothes on or store some stuff on/in would also not be amiss.

Quaint accommodation in an excellent location in very close proximity to both beaches and local restaurants. The owners (family?) are very friendly and do their best to help you during your stay. Upon arrival we received a very helpful introduction to the region and tips on where to go with a complimentary fresh juice.

The beach is really amazing. One side (the sunrise side) is more busy than the other. We went to the sunset side on our second day and the waves were too strong and dangerous so we ended paying rs 1000 to use the swimming pool of an hotel. It was really worth it. The restaurant was not open for dinner so we ate in a very small place next to it which was ok. Pancakes are really good for breakfast. The place itself is quiet and I enjoyed doing my yoga routine on the small terrace we had.

Broken mosquito net in the bathroom.

Very cosy atmosphere of the accomodation. The room is spacious with a large and comfortable bed. The beach is just a few minutes' walking distance from the accommodation. There is a small grocery store just in front of the accommodation.

The room was quite dark, making it difficult to read at night. The bathroom, although very nice, is open to the outdoors, so be prepared for some visitors.

Very relaxing setting, with rooms set amongst lush gardens with a nice porch to enjoy an afternoon beer. Walking distance to Pasikuda beach. A bit further to Kalkuda. Great to have the restaurant onsite.

Noise and music from nearby house/temple. Not sure if we went on some special celebration days, but it was a bit annoying and not fitting the quiet and peaceful location.

Need to improve the clean. Tolilet and other atuff very clean. Unknown places or small places need to clean to improve. Like edges, behind the curtains, corenrs of the batch room like that.

Very Goos Location. Just a samll walking distance to the Beach. Very good staff. Very soft and very frindely and quick service with out any hesitation. I my self and family specially my children loved this place a lot. Clean place. But need concentrate minior cleaning things.

Even though the location itself is great, there is a local bar right next to the accommodation. There was an incident (and apparently also before) where the drunk bar guests could not keep their hands to themselves. I would recommend to not walk alone or even as a couple there at night. The accommodation let us use a bicycle, fortunately. This is not something the accommodation can really do anything about, but it is good to know when booking here (which we would still recommend!)

Breakfast was over-priced, costing much the same as the dinner, but consisting of only a pancake or some white sliced toast and jam

Location is excellent, very near the beach with an ATM and a small shop conveniently close. Evening meals were very good, with fresh fish. We had two rooms. This review is for the luxury double which was a nice room with air con, and comfortable bed. It had glass windows, while some other rooms had Louvre wooden screens at the windows with no mosquito netting so anything could get into the room.

Hard to get there by bus, expensive tuktuk, the WiFi did not work the entire time we were there, I was bitten really badly by something other than mosquitoes in the bed, off season so there was basically nowhere to eat but not the staffs fault.

What we didn’t like so much, unfortunately there was no proper storage for our luggage or things in our double room. Unfortunately, these had to be placed on the floor or on the small side table.

The location is lovingly furnished. The host and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The shower outside under the banana plant was a highlight. The food is also recommended directly in the accommodation. Especially the seafood is super fresh (directly from the fishermen around the corner, not from the market) and very delicious. We were also happy about the welcome drink. Both beaches can be reached within a few minutes on foot. Gladly again!
