We really enjoyed our time in the Clockinn Hotel. The staff is very kind, the breakfast is nice (with freshly prepared eggs), and the room is good value for money.

The AC worked fine, but the remote was a bit unresponsive and required several presses to change the temperature.

I had a good experience here. The staff was friendly and attentive, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

I had problem in room some lights were not working, When i reported immedialty they shited me to a new room. The staffs are really good and courteous. Great location. Beach nearby i didn't have time to visit the beach. Nearby very good restaurants are available. Value for money .

I wish the hotel had provided soup and shampoo. They do when you take individual rooms, but the dorms did not have those facilities. But I can also understand why those facilities are not made available for dorms.

Excellent breakfast! The room was clean and comfortable. Had the upper part of a bunk bed, which was very comfortable. The location is as great as it gets! It's at the heart of a lot of activity.

This is my second time staying in Clock inn Colombo. The same thing happened twice. When booking it said we need to make the payment at the hotel. However by the time I arrived they have already processed my payment from the Credit card. I DO NOT wish to pay by Credit card. First visit I told this to the counter as I made the reservation with my husbands card, This is not acceptable. If they process the payment soon as we book with CC it should be indicated here and I would not have booked. The second time around I had the same experience. therefore it is important that the hotel change their site description to indicate that they will be processing the payment from your CC UPON BOOKING.

The toilets were not very clean, and the walls and doors had mold. Additionally, the cubicles were small and cramped, leaving little room to turn around. Some of the showerheads in the shower cubicles were not working properly. Also, it would be helpful if the staff were more proficient in English (or Sinhala), as there were occasional communication difficulties.

The bedding and pillow were clean and comfortable. The room had a pleasant odor—or no odor at all. The air conditioning took some time to start working but functioned well later on. They also provided a locker for storing bags inside the room. The included breakfast was more than adequate and offered a good variety. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly as well.
