The whole builing looks run down and not very clean. It appears, that in the last 2 years nothing has been updadet or fixed.

Breakfast was simple but okay, AC room was okay and staff was very friendly and helping.

Room was messy and didn't like the bathroom. No garbage bin and the shower cabins were small so it was hard for me to change clothing for example. Didn't really like the vibe of the place.

I expected more comfort and service for this price. It’s more like hostel - a lot young people, no service by breakfast, not so clean . It’s OK for one night, but for holiday I would choose an other hotel.

I got a shared room with my own bed, It may be my mistake when selecting the room, but worth for the money.

The one receptionist was very friendly, and rooms were very clean and the toilets facilities were good & clean.

The rooms were not exactly like the pictures. They were small and not clean. The common bathroom was also not at our convenience; it was not that clean and the showers were not comfortable.

We appreciated the staff, that helped us whenever we needed something. We also received an extensive breakfast and had a nice common terrace.

restrooms and showers were in not so good conditions and a bit dirty on our floor. generally after one year of lockdown it seems to take a bit of time to get the hostel back into good conditions.

Very good stay. We definitely recommend Clock Inn : we had a double room and it was very nice : the bed was confortable and the private bathroom was clean. Also the staff was very helpful, they helped us make an appointment to get a Covid Test before we left. Breakfast was simple but good

Bathroom not the cleanest but the staff is quite responsive and cleans it on request. The size of the shower room and toilets is quite small. Not enough hooks to hang clothes either.

Loved the location, property and staff. Durden hospital was very close by and good for quick RTPCR test . Definitely one of the best hostels in Colombo.

Bathrooms. They could have cleaned them. I don't think they are cleaned daily. Some of them were abandon. If they could repair them and start to use them, a better experience can be offered.

Breakfast - It was prepared well, but I am glad if there were few options to choose. Room - The cleanliness of the room was in a good level, but not the bathroom. Location - Situated in a strategical place in Colombo, and it was good too.

Rooms are small. No natural ventilation, only AC. Can get a bit claustrophobic for folks who are used to having more windows and space to walk around.

The staff were super cheerful and helpful, and by far the best part of our stay! Bed was comfy, great water pressure in the shower, the AC worked. Super convenient location.

The sheets are worn and could be exchanged for newer ones.

The staff is the gem of this place, and an extra thank you to Dani in the reception who tried to do everything he could - quick and efficient and friendly. For a cheap and simple stay, pick this place. It is good value for money and the guys working there are really nice.

The bathroom wasnt clean, mold and mildew on the walls. The place was a bit rundown. Could do with a proper cleaning and some fresh paint. My bed wasnt good at all, i could feel the springs in the bed and i woke up with a bad back every morning. This was my second stay here, the first was 5 years ago, but im not staying here a third time.

Breakfast choice and space were insufficient. We suggest you focus more on breakfast conditions. The first floor was in bad shape, too humid, AC dropping on walls, smell and fungus. The bunk bed had no barrier, which is not safe for children. Second stay was on the second floor and was excellent

For both stays (different floors and rooms), the price and location were good. Internet and breakfast were available. The personnel were helpful. Location close to shopping area and to the beach. Easy to get a tuk tuk
