Dinners at the buffet restaurant can get a bit crowded sometimes.

Very friendly staff, location right by the beach, all the facilities were great. Beautiful hotel with wonderful atmosphere.

I informed them to arrange a cake on 20th Aug at 11.00 am after breakfast to celebrate my son's birthday. But they made us unsatisfied and disappointed with the cake. Within couple of hours before our check out we had to arrange a cake from "Vijitha - Taste of heaven" and he did it quickly and delivered it to the hotel.

Dinner, Breakfast and Lunch was really nice. I Visited beruwala for my business work on 19th of Aug 2024 with my family. During our visit planned to stay at cinnamon bey because on 20th of aug, and made the reservation before one week time priorly in "Ocean wing suite" since it's my son's birthday. He enjoyed his stay at the hotel for the fullest. Beach and pool view is very beautiful.

They were able upgrade our room to Delux according to the booking. And it was a superb experience from the beginning and specially the staff were very helpful and friendly. Pool, rooms also were fantastic. Welcome done by Ms Nawya is superb. Thanks all.

Compared with your other cinnamon hotels the restaurant service was not upto standard, as to request some of the items from action stations the chefs were not available and many items were not available to freely take. The AC of rooms could be better.

Night auditors attitude. Was not very accommodating. I was trying to get a 2nd room but the night auditor was not willing to accommodate us said the rate would be almost the same as what we are paying for 2 nights. said at 2am the room was not ready even if we willing to pay. As a hotelier I would try to accommodate our guest the best we can and sell another room if possible, especially at that hour. That room will not be ever sold again for any rate! Was very disappointed that we had to go stay somewhere else for that night.

it is a big hotel with a lot of people, pool is warm which is nice!!! the beach is dirty, pizza at the restaurant was great i recomend it better than the buffet. But buffet for breakfast is good.

The only thing I would fault was meal option was limited to buffet for breakfast and dinner. Buffet options were great and very tasty. But it would of been nice to have another option for one or two dinners.

Property was beautiful itself and location with access to the beach was great. Staff were exemplary. Everyone went out if there way too assist us with every inquiry and request. Highly recommend Cinnamon Bey Beruwala and what live yo visit again.

Very good staff. Hotel location is wonderful. One problem with Beruwala is which is not related to Hotel. Not Pick up or uber works there as the locals has restricted entry of private cabs within travel. Thus you will have to overpay for travelling within the city.

Parking the vehicle was the issue. I had to park the vehicle outside the hotel ( hotel car park) since the parking was full.
