We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesNight auditors attitude. Was not very accommodating. I was trying to get a 2nd room but the night auditor was not willing to accommodate us said the rate would be almost the same as what we are paying for 2 nights. said at 2am the room was not ready even if we willing to pay. As a hotelier I would try to accommodate our guest the best we can and sell another room if possible, especially at that hour. That room will not be ever sold again for any rate! Was very disappointed that we had to go stay somewhere else for that night.

it is a big hotel with a lot of people, pool is warm which is nice!!! the beach is dirty, pizza at the restaurant was great i recomend it better than the buffet. But buffet for breakfast is good.

CanadaThe only thing I would fault was meal option was limited to buffet for breakfast and dinner. Buffet options were great and very tasty. But it would of been nice to have another option for one or two dinners.
Property was beautiful itself and location with access to the beach was great. Staff were exemplary. Everyone went out if there way too assist us with every inquiry and request. Highly recommend Cinnamon Bey Beruwala and what live yo visit again.

IndiaVery good staff. Hotel location is wonderful. One problem with Beruwala is which is not related to Hotel. Not Pick up or uber works there as the locals has restricted entry of private cabs within travel. Thus you will have to overpay for travelling within the city.

Sri LankaSome foods are too salty. Some foods did not even have the required amount of salt. We went to celebrate our anniversary. The hotel was informed about it, but they did not pay any special attention to it.
Located in a beautiful environment. The Deluxe room we got was also very good. Those rooms had a separate pool. The place where the room was located had a nice view of the sea.

United KingdomCouldn't get used to the bathroom, I understand the idea but the "outside" bathroom was awkward to get used to. Didn't like that at check-out the reception had to call housekeeping to check mini-bar consumption despite me having handed over the chit and the concierge wouldn't let me leave with my driver until he'd checked with reception that I'd paid, all very unnecessary.
Room was very comfortable, communal areas were vast and airy, wide choice of food at both breakfast and dinner, deluxe pool was quiet and direct access to the beach.
