The breakfast was first class (though nearly every Sri Lankan breakfast was really good); great choice of full English, fruit juices, fresh fruit (mango papaya etc), pastries and coffee. This was excellent.

The staff was amazing , from reception to the room service. There was an awesome person at the Restaurant, Krishna 😇😇😇😇He was very helpful and take care of all the guests and try his level best to full fill the needs of the guests. I would say he’s an awesome person.

Sri LankaI booked Deluxe double room with HB. They gave superior twin room. Front office reaaly unproffesional. I reqiest a iron and iron table and it was send after 3 requests and they are not even polite to tell it is taking time. I paid my bill and checked out by handing over the room key to front office. I am.on mt way to take my vehical from Car park. Suddenly one manager called me and told there are some bills to settel.in front of others. I showed my receipt to that guy and still.he told there are some bills. I went front office and ask. The man at that point told no.bills. Never recomended this hotel.

The rooms were quiet sad The really need to look at changing the Chefs I order to keep up the standards. We had dinner and breakfast, both where extremely poor and some of the food was not cooked properly.
The only think I liked was the location of the property and staff behaviour.

Breakfast was very good with the service provided by Renuka .Special mention to Thilini who was a very pleasant and happy to be doing the task in hand in a very professional manner. Thanks also to Wije from the housekeeping staff who found my wallet which I had left in the safe and got the reception to call us back as we had left The hotel.

SwitzerlandGreat hotel with incredible facilities and very well located. We were very well received and treated very well at all times by everyone. Even when we left, Mr. Kalum showed great support by helping us find a medical center to do some PCR tests (not available in Nuwara Elyia btw) that we really needed for our return to Europe. He didn't rest until we did those tests, even after we left the hotel. Very kind and helpful staff, not only during the stay but also afterwards.
