“The location of the hotel is very nice. There are many shops nearby and the market and the sacred city of Kandy are only a 15 min walk away.
The room was nice and clean. The bathroom was nice as well, there was even a shower with a door. There were some bottles of water in the room. The person at reception was very nice and helpful. Although the hotel is right on the street, we didn't hear anything at night. I can recommend an overnight stay in the Ceyloni City Hotel.”
“Perfect service from all staff - so welcoming and helpful! Comfortable and spacious rooms with hot showers. Very central yet very peaceful inside. Right next door to a cool little cafe and a short walk from the temple and traditional dancing (choose the Red Cross one!) - both are a must see. The large central fan is perfect for keeping the room cool and keeping insects away, so no need for AC (we always prefer fans!). Breakfast was delicious and they even boxed up some cake to go for the train :)”
