Beautiful room with balcony on top floor. Great view of mountain range. Food good. Service really good. Hiking was challenging and fun.

The bathrooms were small and could use an update. The sound-proofing between rooms wasn't great, but luckily our neighbors weren't overly loud.

Things we liked: hot tub, indoor pool, feeding the bunnies, breakfast, hotel restaurant, kind staff, views, comfy beds and family rooms.

Spacious room (we could each have our own bed if we wanted to ;)), with a lovely balcony. Hotel has a swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna, which is lovely after a day in the mountains. Food in the restaurant is very good & breakfast had many options

Accommodation far surpassed expectations, very high standard of room provision including welcome pack and fresh fruit on room. Bathroom facility spacious with his her basin and double shower facility. An Alpine ski hotel positioned immediately by a ski lift operated throughout the year for walkers and skiers alike.

- Room is basic for the prices paid - definitely needs more practical amenities such as a kettle and coffee machine, bottle opener, more towels, more pillows, etc.

- Stunning views from room balcony - next to ski-lift - Great restaurant on site - awesome steak and wine, plus very good breakfast too - Very orginal and authentic feel to everything given it is all in wood - Lovely spa area - well-maintained and peaceful - Great parking right outside hotel - Elevator makes things easy - Excellent wifi - Very helpful and friendly staff

The breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. The location was brilliant for hiking. I enjoyed hiking around the nearby valleys. The paths are well marked. The swimming pool and sauna were great for relaxation.

Malbun is very small and didn't appear to have a supermarket. (Not a hotel negative, but be aware)

Perfect location for hiking. Staff were extremely personable and accommodating. Perfect English ( among Deutsch, Italiano and others). Very clean and updated. We loved it!

There are only few parking spaces around. It's not enough for all guests in case the hotel is fully booked.

I definitely need to highlight the hotel restaurant. In my opinion, this one is the best in Malbun, however rather expensive. I appreciate an option with connected family rooms and bunk bed. We also saw sheeps from the window! My kids were charmed and really loved it.

Honestly everything was amazing - the staff were so friendly and the food was tasty! felt really comfortable and at home there after 3 days!

Nothing we didn’t like. Two slight improvements would be the air con right outside the apartment can be noisy if you are a light sleeper and the shower cubicle would be better if the screen went to the ceiling (the bathroom got wet when showering). However, we would definitely stay again. It’s a lovely place.

Very welcoming family run hotel. All the staff were wonderful. We stayed in the apartment which was spotlessly clean and right next to the hotel. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was very good. There was a variety on offer including meats and cheeses, cereals, pancakes, fruit and other goods. The restaurant serves good, local and hearty food. The hot tub was an added bonus after a day in the mountains as were the swimming pool, steam room and sauna. The hotel is right next to the chair lift.

The usb power sockets didn’t work throughout so needed to borrow a power adaptor.

The staff were very friendly and helpful making it a very pleasant stay. The apartment we had was very comfortable and clean with room servicing daily. Breakfast was good too.
