For someone who likes to use public transportation to experience the local atmosphere and doesn't drive, it can be frustrating. The roads are precarious and mini van service limited and unreliable. You have to rely on a car service. The driver who works closely with the owner is an amazing guide. He's well worth the extra cost.

The apartment was absolutely gorgeous. Well appointed and decorated by someone with an interior designer panache. It was close to the beach but not ocean-front. The views are stunning.There are lots of attractions and activities in Soufriere.

The property was a great location to get around town and it was very clean, secure and comfortable. It had a wonderful ambiance and all of the amenities you need to feel at home away from home. Overall well maintained. The host was so very gracious. She helped us with all the resources we needed prior to getting to the island and while on island. We felt very blessed and every recommendation was a gem ! Thank you Arletta! Hope to visit again see you again!

Hands down one of the best hosts we have ever had and I have been travelling the world extensively for over 6 decades. Arletta is incredibly generous. Her place to me provides excellent value for money. It is very well located and surprisingly very quiet. Even though we had a car with us, many places are within walking distances. My wife told me that this place feels like home and she preferred it to the so called “high end” place we stayed at prior to coming here. The apartment has so much including cooking aids like sauces. I doubt you will want for anything. I recommend this place without hesitation. It would be my pleasure to come back here. We stayed 3 nights in October 2024.

Amazing place to stay in the best part of the island. Right next to Hummingbird Beach, walkable to mudbaths, zipline, botanical garden, Toraille waterfall or the gorgeous Anse Mamin. The apartment has everything one needs and so much more! So many little extras, like coffee to use and multiple ways to prepare it. There are even earplugs or an umbrella. Everything was very comfortable. Arletta the owner was super kind. I would absolutely recommend the Suite Spot. Had a fantastic time. Thank you Arletta.

Great location. Amazingly equipped, everything you need and want. Super clean. Host, Arlette was so friendly helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Went out of her way , delivered us a fresh fish and bread because she wanted to. We would definitely stay here if ever in St Lucia again.

There was absolutely nothing that we didn’t like.

Absolutely everything! This cozy and quaint place is perfectly nestled on the hills of Soufrier with stunning views and just a short walk to the beach and all the bars and restaurants. The host Arletta is amazing. She meticulously thought of every detail and we did not need for even one thing. The property is so beautiful that we felt like home as soon as we walked in. Book this property with no doubts before is gone and you will not regret it!

The host, Arletta, is fabulous, attentive, thoughtful and knowledgeable. The apartment is clean and well equipped - there is a towel for every occasion, including the mud baths! Arletta arranged airport pickup from Marcellus, a local driver, who also took us to various local sites - if you don’t bring a car to Soufrière, I would definitely recommend having Marcellus number on WhatsApp. We had a super week and would definitely recommend this place as lovely and great value for money!

The suite Spot is ideally located for exploring Soufrière, it is ample, clean, is stocked with anything you could possibly need and it just has the best karma! But Arletta, the owner is the reason the Suite spot is so wonderful. She certainly prepares a lovely place for guests but our encounters with her were extraordinary. She provided a warm welcome with practical advice and three lovely mangoes. She also made us a typical Saint Lucian breakfast on our final morning and hung our laundry to dry. Really, Arletta and her Suite Spot (downstairs from her own home) couldn’t be nicer. I highly recommend. If it is available, just book it. You won’t be sorry!

Our stay @ The Suite Spot Apartment was amazing, I wish we could have stayed longer. The property was near everything needed and wanted. Restaurants, Bars, 2 Supermarkets, the Beach, also local shopping. The property was exactly what I was looking for. Beautiful apartment. Spotlessly clean. So many little details which made our stay.amazing - drinks in the fridge on arrival. Tea and coffee station. Every utensil and pot and pan you could ever need in the kitchen. But most of all, the most wonderfully helpful owner you could ever wish to meet.

There is very little to do in Soufriere in the evening in terms of inviting bars and restaurants but its great for visiting all the local sites. This has nothing to do with the lovely apartment.

Spacious, very clean and comfortable. The owner, Arletta, is truly a super host. Great communication, very helpful with suggestions for the local area. Made us local fishcakes which were superb. Also introduced us to Marcellus, a local taxi driver who we used for all our trips to local beaches and sites. He was reasonably priced.

Nothing to suggest here...we loved our stay at The Suite Spot.

The Suite Spot was perfect! We booked a trip to St. Lucia 3 weeks before arrival and needless to say, many of the resorts were fully booked (for a stay in the middle of December). We ended up booking The Suite Spot based upon the excellent reviews of previous guests...and we were not disappointed! The apartment was absolutely perfect! It was just as lovely indoors as it was outdoors - beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean, and conveniently located on the western end of the island within walking distance of restaurants and the central area of Soufriere. Upon making our reservation, Arletta (the owner) contacted us and arranged our transport from the airport with a driver and provided us with information/weblinks for customs...making our arrival all the more easy. Also, upon checking in...it was a pleasant surprise to find that Arletta had the apartment ready with light refreshments (local beer, water, etc.) We typically prefer to stay at resorts to take advantage of resort-like amenities...but Arletta's hospitality and The Suite Spot may have changed our minds a bit. We would absolutely stay here again! In regard to the driver that Arletta connected us with...Marcellus Joseph was amazing! We ended up using his services for our transportation needs during our stay. He was very professional, timely and informative. We felt like every time we got into his van we were getting an impromptu tour of the island and its history. Side note...on the day of our departure, we had a lot of time to kill before heading to the airport so we decided to book one last excursion. Marcellus offered to have lunch prepared for us, and had it waiting in the van for us (so we could eat on the way to the airport after our excursion was done). The food was amazing! If you have the opportunity to have Miss Dawn's mac & cheese, I highly suggest you get it.

The property is in a perfect location near Soufriere town and right next to the beach. It is a short drive to all the sights such as the sulphur springs, pitons , waterfalls. The apartment is perfectly clean and tidy and has all the amenities needed. Arletta spoiled us with lots of complimentary things in the apartment. She’s a great host and gave us lots of local tips.

There wasn't anything I didn't like .

Everything about the property was perfect. Firstly Arletta was the most amazing host so discreetly helpful. She brought us a local breakfast on our first morning which was such a lovely touch. We were very comfortable home from home vibe, accommodation had everything you needed. We had a quiet vacation and spent quite a lot of time at the property and was more than happy to do so. Weather was hot in the 30s and evening not much lower, we both slept very well due to having air con in the bedroom. The beach is a 3 minute walk so if you fancy a quick swim it's perfect. If you fancy stopping on the beach for sunbathe you can hire sunbeds. Bonus is there was a great beach bar with fab music and lovely staff. Try the coconut rum / pineapple

Such a cute apartment in Soufriere. The owner has put in so much thought and meticulous care in the details to ensure guests have everything they may need for a “home away from home” stay. The location is perfect. Rental car was parked off street with no issues. Lots of activities nearby! Had a few meals at the walk up pop up places on the beach, which was yum! Also picked up some groceries and cooked a few meals and everything you need is in the apartment, along with spices! Did a few loads of laundry, which was super helpful as well. Thinking about doing some remote work possibly in the future since the Wi-Fi is strong and consistent. Loved it!
