1. Cold Staff: Unfortunately, the hospitality of the staff left much to be desired. The staff were quite cold and unwelcoming, which made the overall experience less pleasant. 2. Swimming Pool: The swimming pool is quite small and often crowded. The hotel allows non-occupants to use the pool, which means it can get very busy, making it less enjoyable for hotel guests. 4. Location: The location is somewhat mixed. It’s convenient if you are renting a car, as it’s right across the street from Kaslik. However, for those without a car, it is far to walk to most attractions and amenities.

I wish they would update their facilities. New paint, some newer furniture and definitely a little bathroom update can go a long way!

I loved how hospitable the staff was! They were very friendly and went above and beyond to make sure my family and I were comfortable! Although the facilities are very old and out of date, Ioved that the rooms were clean. Clean bed, tables, bathroom. Everything was clean, just very old and worn out. The pool was very clean and they had 2 lifeguards there. You can have food delivered from anywhere right to the pool side which was great!

Every thing except the staff.

First I have to thank the reception people for their kindness and eagerness to help, but there was nothing that they could offer other than their kindness, there was no breakfast, no restaurant, if we need food or drinks we have to order from outside the hotel, or go out to eat and have coffee, Internet was virtually non existing, we had to purchase private internet to use use our laptops and mobile phones, the furniture was very old and over used, the bathroom facilities were very limited, the painting of the rooms was falling, the bed sheets were full of holes from cigarettes, there was a swimming pool and it looked ok. The mini bar has only water. The television has very blurred channels. But the staff was nice, especially the reception people.
