My room was tiny

The location on the river is lovely and easily walkable to all the places you want to visit. Plus there's loads of restaurants and cafes on the doorstep. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is functional. The WiFi and TV are ok and there are communal drinks making facilities. The staff speak excellent English and are very helpful . I extended my stay and also left my bag with them whilst I went further North for 5 nights. The staff here really make it a place worth returning to

There is nothing to dislike here.

Cosy bedroom with a very comfortable bed. Well-designed bathroom, including a proper shower with a very respectable water pressure AND a copious supply of hot water (even though the outside temperature reduced the desire for it). All the staff were SO kind. High quality, reliable WiFi! Excellent location and very good value for money. An excellent stay. I hope to be back soon.

Close to National Museum and the night market. The owner and staff are helpful. Nice place to enjoy walking in World Heritage Site.

Great location right by the water! Room was clean, and AC and hot water worked well. Tons of good restaurants nearby. Hosts were super friendly and gave us lots of good recommendations for bakeries and things to do. They also helped a rent a motorbike.

Because it’s right in the middle of everything, it can be a little noisy. Not the hotel’s fault- the neighborhood loves music and karaoke. I’m a light sleeper, though.

a band of cats starts caterwauling at about 2:30am. i was still awake as working on EU time zone so not too bothered but they are pretty vocal. the smell of the water from the taps - nothing to do with the the property itself but rather the water itself or maybe the water pipes … who knows.

location was awesome. staff were lovely and friendly and very helpful in helping us what to see and do in Luang Prabang as well as helping us organise onward travel. good hot shower with decent pressure. tea and water plus some fresh fruit available 24/7.we only stayed one night but it was lovely and quite, clean and comfortable. they have the friendliest little kitty that made friends with us - a pro when you’re a cat lover :) LP is a beautiful little town 🤩 definitely stay a couple of days min to explore.

We really enjoyed our stay. Our room was not very big but the beds were very comfortable and everything was great.

Very well located, very quiet, excellent staff and a very warm welcome. We were happy to have access to all the cold and hot drinking water so we could have a coffee and fill up our bottles and not have to purchase water in plastic bottles.

Location is excellent, right in the centre of Luang Prabang. The owner and staff are very friendly and helpful, and they assisted with recommendations, renting a scooter for a day and booking the slow boat to Huay Xai. The rooms are a tad small for two people but nothing to complain about whatsoever. The shower is hot and we were provided with all products. Wi-Fi works excellently and we were able to FaceTime our families. Beds are clean and comfortable. There is free filtered water available 24/7. Absolutely recommend staying here!

Was very clean, comfortable and Eric and Mr chow are so helpful. We passed back through LP and stayed here again. Shower has good pressure and is hot! Good AC and fan. Hosts can organise anything you need and provide good recommendations.

Such a great guest house. Bang on the river, lovely helpful staff. Room was nice and host offered to improve the room but I was happy to stay in it. AC is good. Bathroom good. The bed was comfy. Helped arrange your to KuangSi and to the airport. Good food recommendations. Sorted my laundry for me too great

Fantastic location by the river side. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. There’s a free water filter, coffee and tea and bananas. The hosts were very kind and happy to organize anything we needed. Highly recommend.

Tiny flies/moths in the bathroom were a little annoying but no biggie. The power outlets need an update because the plugs hardly stay in.
