There was almost never anyone at the reception. Every time I came I waited a few minutes and because no one was there I left without getting an answer to what I wanted

Good location, friendly staff, free pool table, nice coffee shop, accommodated well with extended stay, nice outdoor area. Rooms and bathrooms basic but clean. Cute dog :)

Room was very hot Staff weren’t the friendliest People were up being loud being loud till around midnight, unsure if it was staff or other guests Room was dated and abit rundown but did the job

I unfortunately was there while they were doing renovations, so I could not connect with others, or receive breakfast/ coffee. I'm sure once they are done with their work, it would become a great place to connect, have morning coffee or chill out

The bathroom was quite dirty and didn’t get cleaned often, and there was no ac in the rooms just fans, so it got very hot

it was a really cute hostel located 1 min walk from some of the more popular hostels - which is good if you want any to get away from the chaos. the staff were helpful and you could rent bikes and book bus tickets for cheap there.

Good location: most of the main sightseeing spots are within walking distances. The minivan station is just one block away from the facility.

we often had no warm water from the shower and the staff were unable to fix it when asked. it did work ok on one occasion over 5 nights. room was kind of unclean

Guy at the desk was good - he came to help me get the motorbike going which cut out on my second day. Location was great - on the main street and walking distance to everything. Motorbike rental was cheap - 100K kip per day. Private room rate was really cheap🙂

There’s no AC in the rooms just fans so it gets stuffy at night in the room.

Free water refills and the hostel is on the main street close to everything.

Super cheap great location, friendly and helpful staff

Room floor was dirty. I cleaned it by myself. Themmy was busy on tidying up his backyard. He didn't have time to book a train ticket for me. When I asked for information about sightseeing, he gave me a pamphlet and let me work out by myself.

Could do with AC, as a little bit stuffy with just the fan.

In the centre, close to the night market and restaurants. Can pay on card in the property, and can rent motorbikes/pushbikes. Room was spacious, hot shower, comfy bed. Staff were lovely, and helpful. Can extend for cheaper then advertised. Laundry available.

Probably could do with an update. Electrics were a bit sketchy especially shower.

It was ok. We booked without AC and it was fine but the room and bathroom was dirty. Also a lot of cockroaches. The staff wasen't always there. The staff was friendly and the location was perfekt. Opposite is a very good restaurant.

Everything was great

Pan's place is very relaxing. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I really like the atmosphere in the guesthouse. Beds are comfortable. Great location. Great vibe

The room it’s too poor! Need a really good reform and also the bathroom. Everything it’s super old. Under the bed it was not clean at all. The internet in the room it wasn’t good at all. Everything looks kind of broken! It’s cheap however compared with other places it’s not a good one! The staff it’s super friendly but the place it self it’s not good at all

Once upon a time this place may have been good but it looks half derelict now The grass was overgrown Swimming pool had obviously been drained long ago. Never any life in front / resurant area. Saw no food / drinks being served

You get what you pay for, as it is really cheap it’s not that clean or comfortable but it’s fine for the price.

There is better in he nearby surrounds. My room wasn't completely clean. There was rarely staff that spoke English which made difficult booking tours or renting bikes etc. No breakfast, and the cafe that it has picured was never open during my stay.

The location is pretty central. Main street.
