Used to be a prince palace before. very good decor. Close to the walking street. Breakfast was great. Wide selection and delicious lao food. All staff are very helpful with smiles always.

The hotel is less than 5-minutes walk from the Night Market yet the neighborhood is very quiet. Staff is super nice and do their best to accommodate their guests and go above and beyond. The spa definitely worth a mention. It is surely more expensive than what you would pay by walking in other spas but it worth every penny. If I ever travel to Luang Prabang again, I will be staying here again! Thank you for creating long-lasting memories!

First and foremost The staff, from the moment of arrival, the staff have been absolutely amazing. The greeting from Ms khampan and Channaly , the attentiveness from the restaurant manager and all the staff. The breakfast food was superb - absolutely faultless. The rooms were spotless and the bed enormous and comfortable. We will be back , hopefully with our adult children one day!

The hotel was wonderful. It was even better than expected. Great location. The environment was pleasant and welcoming. Both check-in and check-out were professionally handled and easy. We really loved the character of the hotel and the salt water swimmingpool. The restaurant was fantastic and staff was friendly and helpful. Beautiful rooms. Near downtown but in a quiet green area. There were great restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely stay there again.

It's the second time I've decided to stay at Angsana Maison Souvannaphoum Hotel: anytime I come back to Luang Prabang, I'll do it again. The hotel is located near the city center, all bars and restaurants are near. The facilities are well maintained and the staff is always proactive. Each room has a balcony, which adds privacy and freedom at the same time.

Our room was Garden Wing Room on the ground floor. The room was very clean and well maintained. The bonus for me was a bed!! I found that a bed mattress in South East Asia generally seemed quite hard and I wake up with back pain, stiff shoulders and neck pain every morning, however, this hotel put extra topper on the mattress! It was so comfortable and I had a good sleep. Breakfast was excellent. It is a buffet style and lost of selection from Asian food to European. All staff members are friendly and professional. They are willing to help me to meet my request.

Wifi appalling , didn’t work in room and barely downstairs or outside. Every time you tried it you had to keep re logging in and would then cut out midst email. Bathroom loo very low to the ground , child height . Not easy for a non agile man! Plus v close to shower door .

Location very good . Breakfast ok bit limited with the fruit. Bicycles very good to explore . With baskets and locks ( no lights)

The location near to the town centre and riverside: we arrived on the evening of the Fireboat festival and it was an easy walk to the centre to watch the procession.
