The staff were amazing!! Always so kind and helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect… one day we were late for breakfast so they made sandwiches for us so we didn’t miss out🥺 can’t wait to come back again… it was so sad to leave.

The shower head didn't have any hot water, I could only use the shower from the bath tub. The soap and shampoo dispenser smelt a little gross so thankfully I had my own. No complimentary bottled water and an insect in the room since it was at level 1 near the pool. The hotel entrance is in the back alley, not super secluded but a 2 minutes walk from the main road.

The staff were all so friendly and chatty, genuinely nice and lovely. I love that the pillows and the beds were the right balance of soft and hard, best one so far among 3 hotels in Laos. (even compared to 5 star hotels). The bathroom was big and spacious which was nice. Overall, despite what I didn't like it was still a lovely stay and very comfortable one, well lit and is very spacious.

Breakfast was okay but I have no idea what the bacon was made of but I’m sure it wasn’t really bacon. Cereal was just from a packet and only instant coffee. Fortunately there are great cafes to go to.

It was a lovely place to stay. Small and comfortable, a great size pool, clean and receptionist, Chang was so helpful and friendly. Chang even took me to a cooking class on the back of her scooter.

Staff are friendly & nice. Sorry I did not expect so much about breakfast but Pho was so good and I had twice during my stay. The location was good for to see alms. Hotel location is not in the main most famous area so I could see monk more close giving chant.

It was a newish hotel and there were already a couple of marks, shower showing signs of rust and general wear already, slight marks on the duvet, not unclean just marked. Building site next door at the moment (I know this is annoying the owner as much as guests) and whilst it didn't impact our stay it meant areas to enter the property were wet/muddy/sandy and easy to drag dirt into your room. TV reception rubbish, seems to be the norm in Laos! Breakfast included was a nice touch but options were slightly limited and could be a bit better, the banana pancake was good though! Very minor things that shouldn't put you off booking to stay here.

The lady who worked in the day was honestly such a lovely person, she was honest, caring, always ready to help and just exactly what you want and need in a member of hotel staff. Driver for the airport transfer and night member of staff also both really nice. Check-in was super thorough, we were given a map, she explained the various pricing for trips, very transparent, pointed us to areas of interest in the city which to be honest made our stay in LP great. Bed and chair in the room really comfy, shower was great, hot and powerful. Aircon and fan options for cooling down both great, great welcome drink, free drinking water available from kitchen 24/7. Pool wasn't massive but really nice and super clean. Great pool access times (7am-10pm!!!). We had direct pool access from our balcony which was a lovely thing to have! Location was great a 15 minute walk from the centre of the sightseeing area and lots of cafes/shops along the way. Pleasant and safe walk. Room was made up when asked and the whole place had a really good vibe. In the nicest way possible it's like a super upscale hostel for slightly older travellers or couples. If I came back to LP I wouldn't hesitate to book again.

A lovely hotel in a great location off the main road and walking distance to many of the sights of Luang Prabang. A quiet place, very chilled with a great swimming pool right outside the room. The staff are fantastic, so helpful and the breakfast was nice. The hotel is immaculate and it's fairly small so never seems busy.

Some of the towels were discoloured, however we feel this is due to the nature of Laos and not a reflection of the hotel. After long days in the dust and dry of Laos, this is to be expected.

Chang went out of her way to make sure our stay was comfortable and we had everything we needed, even assisting us with communication with some local tour providers. From Check in to Check out, she made everything as easy as possible, always with a smile. (even co-ordinating some laundry to be done for us and arranging shuttle to train station) The hotel is clean, comfortable and modern. It is a good base to explore Luang Prubang from and to come home to in the evenings. It's an easy, pleasant 10 minute walk from main street, night markets, restaurants and riverside. Breakfast is simple yet tasty with a variety of options and good portions. Swimming pool is an added bonus for the hot days.
