Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Nice and helpful people, clean rooms in a great location... + Bright, clean, fragrant rooms. Very nice and helpful staff - smiling and very committed people. We received a map with attractions in the area, attractions and taxi prices. Accommodation in a beautiful district close to a night market and other attractions. Tickets and tours are available at reception. Good breakfast, coffee, fresh juice, fruit. The toilet is clean, new and neat. - With a longer stay, the daily toast for breakfast might get bored, but that's all I could find.

New ZealandThere is construction going on next door, which is a shame. We were out most days before they started and home once they'd finished but it wouldn't be pleasant to be in your room during the day with their noise...and it looks like it'll be happening for quite some time :(
A little out-of-town but close enough that it's only a 10-15 minute walk in. Able to get laundry cleaned. Friendly staff who provide a daily breakfast.

United KingdomThere were quite a few mosquitos in the room when we arrived but I assume that’s because they aired the room, it was no bother as we dealt with them.
The owners were really kind and were very knowledgeable with booking onward travel - they were able to sort our train tickets out for us for the next day. You can hire motorbikes from the property which worked perfectly and there are free bikes to use (we only used these once as they were a bit worn out but they were still fun to use). The breakfast was lovely, the fresh fruit and fruit juice was different everyday too so you don’t get bored. You can sit on the balcony to have breakfast and the views are very beautiful with the mountains in the distance. The beds were comfy and the water in the showers was nice and hot.

IrelandThe only issues we had was that housekeeping staff left the door of our room open until we arrived so there were a lot of mosquitos in our room.
We loved our stay in Liberty Guesthouse. Clean and spacious room, comfortable bed, good shower pressure, AC worked well, safe and fridge in the room. Location is about 10 mins from the night market on the quieter side of town. Having the bikes made it a lot easier to get around, it’s also such a lovely experience cycling through the streets of LP. The best thing about Liberty Place is the staff. Anything we asked they arranged for us. We went to Nong Khiaw for a few days and they let us leave some of our luggage and kept it safe. They also arranged a minivan to transport a bag to Vang Vieng with some aerosols (you can’t bring this in the train). Laundry was cheap and done in 24 hours. I would be happy to recommend to anyone.

Good place to enjoy Luang Prabang. + The lovely staff, they helped us hire the transport to meet the wonderful Luang Prabang. Clean hotel, very nice and with a good location. Close to everything and quiet atmosphere. Breakfast to choose from freshly made to order, accompanied by coffee, juice and fruit. We recommend it 100%.

Huge really comfortable room with amazing shower!!! Best shower I’ve had in months out in SEA! Good breakfast with lots of options. Helpful staff who speak good English. Location was good for us, a tiny bit out of the town so it’s nice and quiet. Around a 5 minute walk to the market and high street. We actually extended a 3 night stay to 5 here as it’s so good!
