Laundry room was hot and stuffy. Lift landing area air-conditioning was available but turned off after sometime, making the area hot and stuffy. No shower screen causing water to splash everywhere after showering. No place to hang towel or clothes in the WC cubicle.

Location was good. Next to Insadong street and near to Anguk Station. Short taxi ride to Myeongdong shopping street. Room was spacious and clean.

Beds were too soft for our liking

Room was huge for the price we paid, so considering it was Seoul and we planned to do a ton of shopping - super worth it! Location was excellent and most places were within 30mins by either bus or train.

Location!! It’s located in the center of Insa dong, Seoul. Plenty of restaurants, shops, cafes and so in nearby.

The TV and many of the plug outlets weren't working a few times so we had to ask them to fix it each time.

- The location of the hotel. - The staff at the reception speaks English so it was quite easy to communicate with. I like that they could book the airport taxi for us too. - The room was clean and spacious.

Location, location, location! Great room, very large and with everything you might need as travelers. A super comfy bed, exceptionally clean and amazing staff! Leif and Stephen were so friendly and helpful as were all the staff members. If you are going to stay in Seoul - this is the place - 5 minutes to the nearest subway, convenience stores, grocery stores, restaurants and all the best of Insadong, but tucked away in a very quiet corner. Just a fabulous stay.

Great location in the Insadong area of Seoul, helpful staff, free use of washer/dryer, large room, and nice cafe attached to hotel. Location is off main street so quiet and close to market and lots of galleries and places to eat including Michelin star dumpling place. For the money, good value.

The housekeeping missed out to refill mineral waters and tissue in our room. But i was solved quickly once we requested.

The location is very good. Very centrally located if you are planning to go Myeongdong area, Gyeobukgong Palace, Bukchon Hanok Village, Dongdaemun area. All these area are within 10-15 mins subway or taxi ride. A lot of eateries nearby. The room is spacious for 2 adults & 3 young kids (below 6 years old). The futon bed was huge enough to fit 3 little kids. Overall, the room is clean and spacious and we had a great stay.

Extremely well situated for anybody who wants to visit the palaces, Insadong area, Myeongdong, and anything on the north side of the river. Metro station withing 4 minutes walk, restaurants nearby, Jogesya temple 2 minutes away..

Cafe was closed while we were there so had to sort out every breakfast offsite. AC had a blue light that made it bright in the room overnight, but turning it off made the room very stuffy.

Well located between two palaces and very clean. Toiletries restocked daily as needed without ever asking me which was a nice touch.

We absolutely loved this gem of a hotel. Great location near the arty area of Insadong, close walk to the palace, Museum of Modern Art and other attractions, lots of eating options nearby. Clean comfortable room with a very cosy feel. The bathroom was generous and comfortable. We found the washing/ drying facilities really handy and easy to use. I would absolutely stay here again if I’m ever in Seoul.

Booking a hotel in Insadong made sense as all the locations were around the hotel. The service was immaculate and the room was a large size room as I had booked for three occupants.

Maybe can add a toilet brush in the toilet for self cleaning

The room is spacious for our family trip, the bathtub is nice for relaxing after a long day, receptionist is always friendly and helpful, location is nice near metro station and got some supermarket
