Location was fantastic and doorstep away from Myeongdong subway and Express Airport transfer. Behind is the myeongdong shopping street. Clean and comfortable hotel, value for money.

Small space, no natural light, shower head was not mounted properly. I wanted to leave early, but they wouldn't let me change my reservation.

Great location in touristy Myeongdong area right above the metro station. But a bit pricey for the tiny space, no natural light, and mediocre shower. Staff was nice, though.

Thin walls

Big laundry machines and dryer. Price is kind of high though. Hotel location is great. Staff helped to make taco reservation for large group to airport.

The location of the hotel is perfect, just a few steps to the shopping area and restaurants. There are convenience stores and money exchange beside it. The Myeongdong MRT station Exit 9 is right in front of the hotel. Buses and Airport Limousines also stop beside it. The front desk officers were also courteous and they speak English well. They were ready to help us when we asked for some directions. Mr Shin even allowed us to do an early check-in. I'm glad I chose this one.

The room was a bit dark as the window is facing a wall but, considering the little amount of time we spent in the room, it didn't bother us very much.

Close to exit 9 of Myeongdong underground station, area's main attractions are a short walk away. Room was spacious enough for a family of four, highly appreciated that the shower was separate from the rest of the bathroom, giving us more flexibility in the morning. Clean room and bathroom, equipped with all the main facilities. Room was redone daily. We'd return if back

Nothing really. Just a personal peeve in regards to the stairs. I feel they’re bigger than they should be. Handful of times I’ve clipped the top of a step when walking up, and almost fall. But could be just cause I have short legs. And was super tired from walking all day.

Location is right in the center of Myeondong. Only 2 minutes walk from subway station. So many nice restaurant around the back, shops etc. And so close to Myeondong Night Market. Walk for 800meter to Namsan Tower too.

The WiFi signal at night is not strong in the room. Daytime is ok. Sound proofing of the room needs improvement as well. We can hear people talking and staff vacuuming early in the morning in the room so that's not ideal. The room is also not very big but for 2 people and 2 medium size luggage, it's passable.

The location and the friendliness of the staff are the best quality of this hotel.

There was no AC! Based on reviews I figured it was a seasonal thing (i.e. the AC is off during cooler seasons and on during warmer seasons) and it would be fine as I expected average spring temps, but the weather was unexpectedly very warm during my visit and my room would quickly become hot and stuffy due to lack of air circulation. I have a health condition that affects how well my body regulates temperature and causes me to become overheated very quickly, so this was definitely an issue for me. When I contacted the front desk about the AC, they were very understanding and quickly brought a fan for me to use, which helped a lot! However, despite the incredibly convenient location, I would be hesitant to stay here in the very hot summer months without first confirming whether AC is available.

The location truly can't be beat. Tons of shopping, cafes, restaurants and more nearby, and an entrance to the train station right outside the front door for super convenient travel to other areas of the city. The staff was kind and helpful; my flight got in very early in the morning and the front desk was able to hold my luggage until my room was ready, as well as during my last-minute power-shop between checking out and heading to the airport. Check-in and check-out were both quick and easy. The hotel itself was very clean, and my room was as expected with a comfortably firm bed and convenient outlets for charging my phone and laptop.

The bed is too soft which can cause back pain for long stay. The noise insulation on the street side is perfect, but noise inside the building can be easily heard even with simple door slamming.
