It was annoying that the TV was on the side of the bed, rather than in front, while a big mirror sat in front of the bed. I don't really need to watch myself in bed, and I don't particularly want to twist my neck to watch TV. Something to keep in mind! The staff at times were not rude exactly, but a little curt. Also our safe was broken, as only some of the number keys worked, but once we notified reception they fixed it.

The bed was comfortable and the shower was quite good. There was a good range of amenities such as shampoo and body lotion, as well as tea and coffee. I also love the Korean toilet with the seat warmer and fancy functions! The room was clean and the location is good - easy to get around.

Location is good, and it takes just a few mins to walk from the subway station, where can be connecting from both green and blue lines. Staffs are nice/friendly, and they do speak English with good service mind.

A bit far from the main shopping area

Close to the airport bus stop at Baiton Hotel. About 2 min walk. Chedk in process was fast. Room was clean and well kept. There was a water cooler at the lift at every level too

All in all a solid hotel. Could have been a bit cleaner. I guess it is also due to the fact that the hotel has seen quite a bit of use already. The location was very quite and besides the water running it was not really possible to hear other people in their rooms.

The hotel receives group tours, they install 3 or 4 self-service check-in/check-out counter, I suppose it will speed up the enrollment process, to lessen the workload of counter staff. However, the self-service counter has a vertical large screen, the letters are in large font size, so guests personal information can be read clearly by others even you are short-sighted or have presbyopia.

Staff speaks in English fluently, and are helpful.

The WLAN is actually not particularly fast, but not terrible either. It is sufficient to stream videos. Besides, I would recommend a SIM card with unlimited data volume for the vacation anyway, then you won't have any problems. Personally, I would have liked a more detailed briefing. For example, I (and other vacationers who checked in at the same time) did not understand the use of the key card at first (you have to hold the card exactly over the handle). Also, I didn't find out until later that you are allowed to use the water in the hotel room refrigerator for free. I had thought of a mini-bar and had previously filled my water bottle at the water dispenser in the hotel hallway.

Good location: Several metro stations and bus stops (also for night buses) within short walking distance (directly across the street to a few hundred meters); Public bicycles can be rented directly across the street; For those who like to walk, more distant sights such as Gwanghwamun Square or the five great palaces can also still be reached in under an hour on foot. For example, you can walk along the Cheonggyecheon River, which is very close to the hotel. I personally even walked twice to the main train station (about 3.6 km); Even later in the evening, restaurants and street stalls can be found nearby and at the DDP even shopping opportunities. Convenience stores (open 24 hours) are on every corner in Seoul anyway. Room and hotel facilities: The beds were comfortable; The room can be darkened well; The air conditioning cools well; Despite location directly on the main road and many guests in the hotel, it was quiet in the room; Water pressure and temperature in the bathroom were very good; It was cleaned thoroughly every day; Sockets at the bed were available, but were blocked by the bed, so I did not find them at first; There is a large table in the room, at which I worked once and ate a pack of ramen several times. There is also a kettle and coffee and tea in the room for this. Possibly chopsticks could be added. Otherwise, many utensils can be borrowed at the reception; The breakfast I have not used and can therefore make no statement about it; The coin-operated washing machines were also good and easy to use.

Don't ask the to get you a taxi, when I asked the price was almost double the real price for a taxi at the street.

Nice place, great location, great value for the money. Close to public transportation. Rooms are on the small size, but you don't really need more. Coin Laundry in the hotel is great, water cooler in the corridor was nice and they even give you some bottled water. Can't ask for more.

Open and not secured wi-fi connection - Internet access and internet connections for guests should be better secured for data security reasons (e.g. at least a password for access). Using open wifi is easy but not very secure. Location near a fairly busy street - car noise possible at night (but not bothersome). Towels do not necessarily need to be changed daily, if the customer does not need it. It would be beneficial for the environment (less energy, less detergents, less water consumption). But there should be simple rules and clear instructions in the bathroom for the guests, eg: a towel left on the floor by a guest - means that it should be replaced with a clean one; a towel left on the hanger - it may not be replaced.

Well maintained room cleaned every day. Good facilities in the room - all I needed: fridge, safe, air conditioning, tea/coffie/water. Coin laundry. Convenient location, quite close to metro stations, markets etc.

The location is far from the station, it takes around 15 mins by walk and imaging that you carry the heavy luggage! The air con in my room is broken, it always turns to 29 c in Summer time that i stayes there!

I think it's new hotel chain but the check in and out process are a bit slow because of few staffs ( only 2 staffs per shift)
