Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

DenmarkThe room is small for the price, but to be fair, I changed plenty of hotels during my stay, and in general, there is no big difference between them for that price range. The bed is not the most comfortable you will get but not the worst either. Finally, soundproofing is almost non-existent. I could clearly hear the person in a close apartment singing while he was taking a shower.
Staff was friendly and their English level was good enough to communicate. The bathroom was very clean and the laundry coin machines very good if you need to wash clothes for a longer stay. Also, the location is great as it is close to most of the monuments but also has a good metro/bus connection.

KazakhstanWe were from Kazakhstan, but the booking registration booked us by Russia, therefore it had some issues with self check-in process. I would prefer my country be represented by itself. Also there was a card check before check-in, they would try to withdraw the amount from my credit card and then cancel the operation to make sure that I have enough money, but I didn't know that they would do that. If I knew, I would have transfer from my deposit in advance, so it took me some time without having proper internet connection.
Location was great, we could go anywhere by subway or bus, and most importantly there was Airport Limousine bus, right in front of hotel, so we didn't have to walk for a long to get to the airport (especially with heavy luggage) People on the reception were super nice and helpful Self check-in was super easy Room is quite small, but it has everything you would need for the stay

The location was great and the housekeeping was so friendly and helpful. I loved that the airport limousine bus was just across the road and it is close to a lot of great areas.

United KingdomThe wifi was weak: I couldn't connect the hotel's wifi properly with my phone, had to use my data sim and even that was weak unless I stand right by the door or corridor. Wifi worked better with laptop. No plug sockets near the bed. What bothered me the most was that the main ceiling light went on in my room each time people came close to my door or in and out of the neighbours room, even in the middle of the night which woke me up multiple times; also it gets noisy with people talking loud in the corridor at night, because most people chose this hotel for its proximity to dongdaemum market which is open all night; I had someone in next door room shouting on the phone with speakers until 3am; don't go there if you need to rest. For that reason I won't come back.
I liked the location a lot, close to subway station, easy to catch taxis and airport shuttle across the road. Staff were helpful. Kettle in room and free filtered water fountain available in the corridor, also practical was option to use washing machines and lockers in floor 2.
