Everything was great but, Seoul is very hot and you have to use an air-conditioner continuously and the air-conditioner was very noisy, it's a little bit hard to sleep if you prefer quiet places.

The location is great. It's close to subway, Seoul station and Myeong-dong street. The personnel was kind. The room was clean and it was cleaned everyday. They also changed the towels every day. I suggest this hotel for Seoul trips.

Bathroom very small. Shower dribbles water. No bench space in bathroom only sink. Fridge was extra small and not cooling properly. No coffee/tea cups or cutlery proved

It was very clean and comfortable room. Also I want to highlight staff in the hotel - you are very friendly. And yeap, so perfect location near Namsan tower, underground and myeong-dong

I'd have appreciated big bottles for shampoo, shower gel and conditioner instead of the single use samples. The shower glass is too short, resulting in water all over the floor.

Cozy hotel close to Myeongdong and Namsan cable car station. The room was on the smaller size but, considering the limited amount of time we spent in it, it didn't bother us. It was clean, with comfortable beds.

1. The hood in the bathroom doesn't work 2. No natural light in the room because the window facing to the wall, so you have no light and doesn't understand what is the weather 3. Small hills near hotels, so bringing heavy suitcases can be difficult 4. No laundry in the hotel, but there is one coin laundry on the corner

The bathroom lacked surfaces to leave our belongings. The wardrobe was too small and didn't have enough hangers. A second chair in the double room would have been nice.

The staff were nice, although they spoke very little English. The hotel is well located and silent.

One of the rooms I booked had quite small windows, but enough light still came in.

The staff is very helpful. The hotel is just a 10 min walk away from the subway station. Clean rooms. Free luggage deposit.

rooms on ground floor are a bit noisy from lobby / reception area during morning / daytime room was dark because window was directly facing neighbour building's wall limited English knowledge of staff

There was no lock on the bathroom door. Also, the mattress was a bit hard. Moreover, there were not many convenience stores and ordering food for delivery was not possible.

Very nice hotel! Comfortable bed and the shower had good water pressure. The air conditioning also worked fine and there was Netflix available. Walking distance from the metro station was also very convenient.

The location is great in a quite neighborhood near market, myeongdong malls and cathedral. Its gonna be a challenge if you have luggages with you while walking up the hilly street to d hotel from the train station but for us "a family of 5 w/ 2 teenagers and a child" its kind of fun adventure 🤩 and a good exercise too. Staff is very accomodating! Thanks for the warm welcome, we did enjoyed our stay!

Good location, close to 2 metro stations, but uphill walk from either if you are carrying large or heavy luggage. Facilities very clean, staff helpful.
