Rooms are a bit small in size, and I do wish there was a gym facility on hand. But these are minor issues and are just personal preference.

Moxy is very central, the streets of Myeongdong are literally right outside the property door. Accessible to 2 x major train lines and plenty of buses, all easy to navigate using the app Naver. Staff are always really friendly, will always approach to see if they can assist and are very accomodating. 24 hour CU near the entrance is also fantastic and super affordable. Bathrooms surprisingly spacious and love the toilet features!

The best location right in the heart of Myeongdong. The concierge was incredibly helpful and attentive, making my stay even more enjoyable. There is a convenience store on the ground floor of the hotel, which was very convenient. The price was quite reasonable considering the excellent quality and service provided. Highly recommended!

The location of the hotel is very central in Myeong Dong and the interior of the room is very well designed. When we checked into our room, there is some bad smell and the staff immediately changed another room for us. The staff service is impeccable and we really had a good stay.

Comfy and clean, excellent location to explore Euljiro, Myeongdong etc. and Seoul in general. A free of charge washer/drier option on the property was a nice surprise. Staff friendly and pleasant. Nice bar area.

The two queen beds in the room were footboard to footboard, which worked well except fitting the luggage was a bit challenging.

I get that the hotel is located in a tight lot in a dense area, and there were very clever space-saving concepts and furniture. However, the room did feel a bit tight. If you just need a comfortable place to sleep, though, it will suffice.

The location was excellent. Every night, I just wanted to go downstairs to walk the market streets for shopping and street food. The hotel was very hip and trendy in its design and decor. The staff was super helpful and friendly. Did I mention the location is excellent?

One of staffs of front desk didn't explain orally more details about free drinks when I checked in at the first day, actually the hotel offers alcohol and non alcohol drinks menu you can choose, and also offer free coffee to everyone. And the hotel also didn't put any sign of wait line, and staff just mentioned it very rudely where we should wait in line for check-in.

The location is very close to any Myeongdong station exits to any destinations, you can go shop on main street of Myeongdong area and just 2 minutes away to the one of popular money exchange stores by walking. There is a 24hr nice to c u store in the same building, very easy to buy drinks and snacks from there. Will definitely come stay at Moxy Seoul Myeongdong again soon, also recommend it to friends as well.

Didn’t like that you have to use two elevators, this building shares two hotels. Also room is kinda small, probably not ideal for 4 people and luggage, 3 people was just right.

Great location, right in the center of myeongdong shopping district. Close to the subways and airport limousine stops. Room is clean and you can request items from your room through a tablet. Staff speak English and are very friendly. Would definitely stay here again! Free laundry room is also a plus!

Rooms were a little on the tiny side, but 3 adults in the double loft room with 4 carry-on luggage was manageable. My brother who booked a double queen for 4, had a much smaller space. No place for luggage in their room.

Great location in Myeong-dong. Lots of shopping and the night food market all in walking distance. Close to bus stop. Walking distance to Namdaemun market. Staff is excellent and very helpful, holding our bags for a couple hours after check out and securing taxis and looking up points of interest for us. Free laundry facilities!!

The rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable, but the room was smaller than I expected. A little small for 3 adults. Maybe a room map with dimensions on the website would have been helpful. I would have gotten another room but the hotel was booked.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful! I felt that they went out of their way to help us. Gina at the front desk was especially helpful in sorting out a booking issue. I would definitely recommend and will come back again.

Shower door leaked onto the bathroom floor daily, motion sensor hall light got stuck into always on, found a work around, no place to put our third suitcase which ended up on floor, but that was ok. No face cloths.

Great location. We really liked our room. More space then expected and super quiet. Amenities, toiletries, coffee/tea service were good. Liked the wall pegs for hanging our stuff up and the little fold up chairs and table. We were in Queen with single bunk and we moved the bunk mattress into our room entry hall for our daughter because it was too hot up top for her. Worked out great, lots of space and hotel seemed ok with it. Filtered water tap available for kettle and our water bottles was great. Tiniest fridge I've ever seen. Cute but worked. Fancy toilet with heated seat was fun. Our one small garbage can and recycling bin were taken out daily, fresh towels daily and amenities refreshed including little chocolates for 3 too!

Needs a better small fridge than the miniscule things they call fridges.

Location superb. Close to Myeongdong & Euljiro-1 subways which got us to all attractions. And 2 stops from M Stn to Seoul train station. Ambient, boutique hotel with good vibe and friendly staff. Good free wifi. Showers great, completely enclosed. Full size western style towels. Lots of power points.
