My only comment is : Under the bed is not clean it looks like it was never cleaned, we stayed for 8 days and the sheets were never changed !

The rooms are nice , the bed is comfortable, bathroom is clean, the location is perfect in the middle of all attractions and in insadong where everything is around you food, shops, mini markets, subways

Our room was to the front of the hotel so we were woken up each night due to noise from cars/street cleaners etc. The bathroom layout is bizarre. The toilet area is not fully enclosed/behind frosted glass and similar for the shower. Also, the sink area does not have a door and has mirrors in front and behind. We would suggest that the hotel rethink the bathroom layout to allow for privacy.

Very modern cool hotel with a rooftop bar. It is located right beside a subway entrance and the street has lots of street food vendors. The room was a decent size, with clever use of space.

Interesting hotel - very cool - check in was on top floor - great bar/cafe area with terrific views. Nice staff. Loe the free coffee available. We used the self-check lockers which was convenient on the day of travel to the airport in the afternoon. Room was small but great big bed and nice bathroom. We really liked the busy evening vibe in the immediate area, quiet by day, as well as the close proximity to many cafes, sites, small shops and tea houses, etc.

The breakfast is not included in the room price and is quite expensive (20€/person). The food is plenty and good though.

The best thing about this hotel is its location - in the very center of Insadong, with a metro station just outside the door. Plus there’s the Insadong hanok village just next to it and tons of street food stalls in the streets nearby. The room itself was very nice and quite big with all the necessary amenities and well designed. We appreciated the laundry room in the basement and the rooftop bar. There’s also a lounge area and small gym. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Seoul.

100% recommend this hotel. Clean rooms and nice beds. Staff is very helpful! Helped us call a taxi and then find our taxi driver as the driver couldn’t locate us. Location is awesome. Subway is literally 3 meters from the main entrance. It’s also right in the vibrant Insandong neighborhood. During the day you are very close to cafes and art shops. During the night it becomes a night market with a lot of stalls with food and drinks and locals having fun.

1) The room was really tiny and we could not adjust the a/c temperature in the room so it was very cold. 2) breakfast variety was not that great. 3) the reception is at the 16th floor with the bar and the space is very tight for luggage

1) Location is great. It is near attractions like the palaces and the subway is right at the doorstep. Lots of food options available for meals when you walk out on the street. 2) Beds were very comfortable.

The location is unbeatable, right in the center of everything. You have restaurants, shops, convenience stores, street food, and traditional neighborhoods all within reach. It's perfect. The breakfast is one of the best I've ever had, with a lot of variety, and the staff is incredibly friendly. The Wi-Fi is fast, and the common areas are very comfortable. Definitely a place to return to.

Overall, I would definitely recommend and visit again. The only comment would be that in general I prefer solid doors rather than a glass matt door dividing the toilet from the rest of the room.

Very comfortable large bed, great location next to the metro and close to Insadong historic places of interest. The street by night is incredibly lively with great spots to eat. Staff was very nice, particular thanks to Jia at the reception who was so helpful when we needed to book trains and the taxi! Cool terrace on the top floor with city view.
