The first night there was a very strong cigarette smell in the corridor (luckily not in the room), which was later lessened since someone opened the door to the stairs which helped with air circulation. The walls are paper thin. I could hear the people in the room next door walking, showering, talking, even adjusting items in their room. It seems to me that the window in the room can't be opened but you can certainly hear everything going on outside without needing to. It kind of felt like sleeping outside with all the noise of cars passing by entering the room. I did not have an issue falling asleep but it might be an issue for those that prefer quiet environments. The space to walk between bed and wall to the bathroom is slightly obstructed by the TV hanging on the wall so that you have to almost tilt your upper body to the side to pass by. Regarding cleanliness : all the important things such as bathroom, toilet, bed, desk, fridge, etc. were clean but a thin layer of dust has accumulated on the walls and there was a hair on one of the otherwise clean towels provided. I didn't mind these things as the room was within my budget and better than I expected. Last but not least, lighting. The room is generally on the dark/gloomy side but with enough options of artificial light provided. I do have to add that I didn't lift the blind in front of the window since I preferred it that way, so the room might actually be a touch brighter than I experienced.

I booked a standard double room with one big bed. The room was generally as advertised with a big bed (though with very little space to move around in the room itself) and had a small entrance to leave shoes, umbrellas, etc. in with slippers provided. Looking at the pictures provided for the specific room type I would say that only pictures 1-3 are in line with the room I stayed in assuming there are different layouts for the same type of room. The bathroom was spacious with proper space provided for the shower and not just a shower head above/beside the toilet but there was no separation from the toilet by a glass panel. The water pressure was good and the water temperature was easily adjustable. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a sponge for scrubbing are provided as well as separate slippers for the bathroom, towels, robes/ pajamas (I wouldn't know since I didn't actually open the plastic package to use them) and a mini fridge with free drinks and free water were all included. The bed was clean. The staff at the desk were polite and easy to work with since we only interacted for check-in + simply handing over the room card for check-out and the accommodation was right at a main road so no shady alleys to walk through. There are at least two bus stops in near proximity so it's easy to travel to. There was no issue with humidity or bad air circulation since the AC in the room and the ventilation in the bathroom worked well.

They messed up our reservation because didn’t want to acknowledge a cash payment for a couple of nights and they practically threw us out during a Saturday in which is impossible to find any accommodation at that same price in Seoul. One of the workers even went up to our room literally yelling and saying we were liars. Sadly we didn’t think of asking for a receipt (our fault of course) and since we didn’t remembered which member of the staff was the one we paid to, we couldn’t prove anything and the hotel just believed the guy that said we lied. They didn’t do anything to mediate or help us find another place or whatever, this was the worst costumer service I’ve ever experience, please go somewhere where the staff treat their customers with respect.

The space, the room was really big. The location was fine too, subway was near and also like three bus stops.

Rooms were generally rather worn, they needed refurbishment, shutter on window was broken, sink faucet a bit wobbly, unclear to get correct light on in bathroom. We went down a small side road to find the car park, but it was on the main road sidewalk.

Staff were polite and helpful. Rooms fairly clean. Location was helpful for journey NE of Seoul the next morning.

The pictures that were shown on the app are not the same as what the property actually looks like. The room and bed was perpetually hot and we could not find the button to switch it off. The bed was horribly uncomfortable. The bathroom did not look good or clean and made it uncomfortable to shower. The remote for the TV kept on not working so we couldn’t change the channel.

I have stayed in many hotels in Korea in the last 8-10 years, but this was the one with the worst ever experience. Poorly lit passages, mosquitoes in the room, poor & inconsistent wi-fi, power socket besides the bed was not properly fixed on the wall and dangling made it unsafe to use. There was no staff to take care and even front desk staff had sad faces, and not willing to help in getting a taxi even when I requested his help. I think, I paid too much of price for this kind of accommodation....a bad choice indeed. Never again !

Not a hotel this is a motel, In the picture, B1F has fitness and an area for you to hang around but NO! They lent B1f to some coffee factory so there is NO fitness NO hang around just have a smell room for laundry and you have to cross the factory to get it. And the room was very very eccentric, they built the air conditioner drain in the toilet. so the bathroom will be 24/7 wet, you must wear slippers or you will slip. Then there was a sudden power outage one night and I had absolutely no idea what was going on.

It was the dirtiest room I ever stayed at. It was very dusty and I am an allergic to dust, so I had to buy wet tissues in a convenient store and clean the room myself. The bed clothing was dirty and I found hairs in my bed and even dead insect. There were hairs in a bathroom and sink was dirty. I literally didn’t want to touch anything in this room. It’s very disappointing how you treat your guests. I understand that the price for this room was lower than usual, but still if you’re not ready to give a good service for the price you offer why doing it at all?

Very dark room even though it was in an upper Floor. It felt like a basement. The blanks of the bett were wet and it felt really uncormftoble to sleep there.

The room was different from what was shown in the app. They communicated as if it was an upgrade but it was just another single bed added which we didn’t need. The room should’ve had a bath tub but didn’t and another unnecessary single bed. If they want to continue using booking.com as a platform to sell their rooms, they should take it more seriously to provide the service that was promised.
