We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The room is big and clean, every one is nice, i was looking for vegetarian restaurants for dinner and the front desk they helped to fine, many services including to the price sich sauna, swiming pool and gym that can be used twice a day, the breakfast has divers menu for all style ( american & korean) parking lot is enough large so no problem to parking the car.
