Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Central location near the airport. Malls were within walking distance. Room was of the reasonable size and had a good view of the city/mountains. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

South KoreaThere must be a reason why pool access is at an added cost. I do wish they would explain why. It would be nice to have the choice of viewing the pool area to decide if it's worth paying daily for it.
Classic hotel with simple amenities and aesthetics. Clean. Soundproof. Super comfortable beds. There is a more mature crowd of people staying here which is nice. The location is great if you are relying on the bus system.

ChinaThe room was a bit old. The hotel has a lot of policies aimed at protecting the environment, but some just don’t seem to work. You have to leave towels on the floor if you want them changed, but the floor is really dirty. It felt really weird to do that. The swimming pool is 1 metre deep, often crowded and overpriced. Feels like a public bathtub when there are more than 4 people inside. You have to pay for the pool even if you aren’t swimming and simply want to accompany others, even though there are people who obviously didn’t pay all around. On a good day and when they have the nicer (younger) life guard, the pool can be fun though. The hotel is a bit crowded: the reception desk is on the 6th floor, and waiting for the lift always takes ages. Downstairs, you will be met with some weird protestors waving their propaganda posters.
The location is good - close to Lotte Mart, bus stops and Puradak (not to be missed!). The coffee shop on the 6th floor is pretty good too. The staff on the first floor were very nice and helpful.

Saudi ArabiaIt’s not suitable for families as they have only swimming pool which we had to pay every time we had to go.
Great location in the city where there is a lot of stores and restaurants around and shopping mall is at site. Staff were helpful and friendly and spoke very good English. Clean rooms and comfortable with very good housekeeping. Rooms are not specious but the suits are nice as we moved into suits later. There is a grocery store at site which was convenient and parking is free.
