Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

ThailandWe stayed in a family suite but the AC was set to 26 degree (central control so we coundn't adjust) when the temperature outside was 27, it was uncomfortable! When we asked at the reception desk, they lent us a fan and suggested we could open our windows. Our room was on the 14th floor where windows opened inward for an inch for safty reason, we guessed, so we didn't feel a bleeze but had busy traffic noise came through instead. None of us slept well that night and all woke up in sweat.
Excellent location! We could see the N Seoul Tower directly from our room and Myeongdong shopping street is right in front of the hotel. Also there are plenty of lockers to keep our bags after check out and parking space was free of charge.

New ZealandThe hotel didn't provide any staff to assist in taking bags and instructions weren't provided about the hotel facilities such as that one of the access lifts is locked at 11 pm. Communication with hotel staff was difficult as they spoke little English. The facilities are old and need an upgrade. It's a very expensive hotel and services. were very limited.
The location was the best part of it. this hotel has the metro underground and airport bus within walking distance. The shopping center and night markets are very near.

SingaporeThere is no laundry service nor a self service laundry. We had to search for laundrette around the area, lugging our luggage of dirty clothes. Also, my daughter lost her soft toy, bought fm Japan. Left it on the bed daily(no issue), but on the 2nd last day, i guess as it was white in colour, it could have been dragged and caught up when they cleaning the bedsheets. We realised it as we were checking out. However when we ask, the reception staff rudely replied that they will check and email me. and after said they could not find it. Rudely ask me "what you want me to do?" After which i message again to ask, however no reply. It may be a small item but it is a souvenir item which we brought fm Japan prior to Seoul. Such a disappointing ending to my trip

SingaporeTemperature settings were not working, we asked for a heater but it was ineffective. Hence the rooms were very cold during winter and our family suffered for 3 nights. The breakfast area was also very cold and many guests were wearing thick clothing during breakfast.
The staff are friendly, can speak English. The location is convenient, Myeongdong is very near the hotel.

AustraliaI must say the staff at the front desk were not very nice except for one. Most of the staff do not greet you they are busy on their phones, fixing their hair and makeup and look frustrated you have interrupted them when you need assistance. On my occasion I wanted an early check in and was more than willing to pay for it, both men were frustrated at my request, one assisted me eventually while the other didn’t even look up but sighed under his breath. Once I checked in I avoided the front desk by exiting at the other lift.
