Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

I love the hotel. Would highly recommend it to anyone going to Seoul. The location is perfect right in the city center , 10 mins away from Myeongdong street. I loved the room super Parisian style with a lot of amneties. The rooms are super clean , compliments to the staff. Also the restaurants are lovely. There was a lovely bar on the 26th floor . All in all super happy 😁

The location was superb, right in the heart of Myeongdong. The decor of the hotel was unique and added to the charm. We were lucky to have a room upgrade and it was marvelous - spacious, clean and comfy, with the fun addition of having voice commands to do simple tasks in the room, like turning off the lights and closing the curtains. I could not recommend L’Escape Hotel enough and if we ever return to Seoul it will be our choice.

GermanyCheck-in process is a no-go for hotels in this price range. Even if rooms are ready they won't let you check in unless you pay extra per hour. This leads to a massive check-in queue at 3 pm. You get a number and if you're unlucky and arrive just before 3 you might have to wait for another two hours until it's your turn. If they let people check in when they arrive and rooms are ready that would not happen. But then you wouldn't have an additional opportunity to squeeze money out of your guests..

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! We were upgraded upon arrival and the room was large yet cozy. Everything is so beautifully decorated and still functional which is a huge plus! Hong KongThe hotel restaurants are so expensive. If, for any reason, you need to ask for room service, be prepared to pay a lot for a basic meal.
I liked the decoration and the space we had in the room. The location is also perfect: the metro station is on the corner, and the Shinsegae shopping mall is in front!
