Very limited chair to sit in the lobby, a bit far from shopping area.

Bus to the airport stops just outside the hotel, easy to take you from and to the airport. Room is big and clean

The breakfast buffet is okay, but I wish the menu varied daily as it was mostly the same.

The location of this hotel is fantastic. The airport bus stop is right in front of the hotel's main entrance, making it very convenient for getting to and from the airport. It is right across from the Seoul Finance Center and a 5-7min walk to City Hall Station which is another plus. I requested a room with a nice city view, and they granted us that.

In the spirit of eco-sustainability, the hotel does not provide toothbrush. Not sure why they provide combs and ear cotton buds. They provide coffee and tea but not sugar and creamer. The hotel sells airport limousine tickets but only for adults.

I stayed in this hotel few days ago and then left for Busan before returning to the same hotel. The service and room were different. This time, the staff were more helpful. They also gave me a bigger room.

Unable to modulate the Aircon in the rooms and the lights in the room cannot be switched off.. a bit dated when it comes to in room facilities

Location was fabulous, great room size, comfortable bed. The maid and cleaning service was excellent. We had the Resident twin room, older style but it had great appeal. Wonderful view from the window. It also had a bath. It was the perfect place for our first time in Seoul. Close to subway, attractions, eateries. Thanks Koreana we had a great stay

Gym not open 24hrs. I like to use it around 5 or 6 am but was unable. Room was big enough but overly crowded with furniture.

The Location was great. Walking distance to everything. Train Station was very accessible and close. Water pressure was amazing.

The property location was good close to metro stations and other public transport options. The airport limousine bus stops right in front of the hotel. The staff were helpful in assisting with cab bookings. The meyongdong food street is about 10-15 misn walk

The windows could use a good cleaning, but in Seoul's air, that may be a hopeless cause.

The location is unbeatable for a short stay in Seoul, with fantastic airport connection: the KAL bus stops literally right outside the front door (the earliest pickup is at 4:30am). It's also quite central to some of the tourist sites. The property is older, but clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was good. The bed was comfortable, and there were enough power outlets (which included US style plugs, so no adapter was needed).

Charging guests for early check in. I know this is a thing in South Korea as I've had the same experience in every hotel I've been to, but this is the only country in which I've experienced this. I've stayed in hotels of all sorts, from cheap motels to five stars chain hotels all over the world and never had to pay extra for checking in one or two hours earlier than the stated check in time.

Excellent location, many sites to visit in the area and many embassies if you need to run such errands. The hotel is neat and clean, comfortable and very silent for the location. You can be sure you'll have restful time. Staff is very helpful.

The breakfast was expensive for what was on offer. I didn't enjoy it.

I was impressed with the assistance I received from the reception staff. The cleaning lady on my floor was very polite and considerate. Thank you.

Self parking is very tight and ghetto. No water was in our fridge when we got to the hotel this time. The shower head kept turning on its own from having a loose head

bathroom needs to be updated. staff needs to be friendlier but i find the entire country of korea is not so great at customer service to foreigners.

The location was good - close to a lot of things. easy to catch cabs. walking distance to food. right next to a convenience store.

Didn’t take the breakfast as the hotel didn’t cater for vegetarians. The staff were helpful but English was still a barrier. Underneath the side tables was dusty. Couldn’t really get all the lights to work at once. It was funny that we couldn’t boil water where the kettle was located as there were no switches there.

Location was excellent, in between 2 subway lines. The airport bus stops right in front of the hotel. The tour bus stop is at the hotel as well. Good value for money in comparison to the 4 star hotels around the area. The shampoo, conditioners were vegan. The room was comfortable, no outside noise. Request of ironing board and foam memory pillows was granted.

The taxi driver around hotel often reject us. I dont know why the seems dont want to accept foreigners

Location is excellent. There is a minimart beside hotel, even though the foods mostly are not complete anymore. The cleaning ladies are friendly, they always greet us.
