Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). MexicoThe location is not the best. The "universal" room needs improvement: the carpet is very think so difficult to push around (it would be better to take off at all), the washbasin is not accessible since you cannot roll under and the shower itself is not very secure for people with disabilities. The bed in the universal room is next to the door so it is a bit noisy. The roof top wasn't accessible for wheelchair users.
The staff was very polite and try to communicate as efficient as possible. I contacted before booking with some questions via booking chat and they replied fast and very helpful. The room was good: clean and overall comfortable. I use a wheelchair to move around, the shower is easy to access with a considerable space for the wheelchair. There is a fixed shower chair, it was useful for me but I don't think many people can use it since has not hand bars, it is small and the hand shower is far. It was the only hotel that specifically request my opinion for improvement.

PhilippinesThe light switch, when it’s time for bed, we didn’t see any switch off other than the lamp bed side, so it was uncomfortable to sleep for people like us that lights were on the whole time. The bed should rather be separate than positioned side to side, I like the bathroom but they dont provide shampoo and tooth brushes.
I like from the moment I checked-in in the lobby, the staff we’re friendly, the room was decent. No free breakfast but you can get one by paying for their buffet.

United KingdomOnly gripe was I requested a room with a view of Namsan Tower, but upon arrival the air-con in the room didn’t work so was moved to a different room without a view. Not a big deal and staff were very helpful in moving room!
Fantastic location, across the road from a 7-Eleven and Ikseon-Dong Hanok village, which has so many beautiful bakeries. Provided a baby crib for my son, and the hotel was in good walking distance for some tourist spots and with great bus/subway links nearby. The rooftop seating was fantastic in the evenings. Microwave and filtered cold/hot water available for free too!

AustraliaRoom was a little noisy with humming sound coming from storeroom next door. Avoid Room 1010. Bathrooms are somewhat pokey and shower recess would be small for many males. A/c could not be adjusted- either too cold or had to be turned off (which made room stuffy). This seems to be a problem in other rooms as well. This was my third stay and each time is the same.
Location is fabulous- close to cafes, restaurants, shopping and main sites. Hotel is comfortable- beds are good and staff are very, very helpful. Rooms are roomy enough. Breakfast is fine- although menu doesn't seem to vary between visits.

The room is per my expectation and the staff in the reception area is nice, especially one staff that looks like the supervisor/manager, very friendly and always greets us. I also like their rooftop area where we can sit and take pictures there, we are able to see Namsan Tower. It was a very nice bonus for us.

MalaysiaNothing much. Lift is slow and just a bit of waiting. Bed is small, comfortable though. Furniture is abit old.
The location is great. Closed to a lot of cute restaurants and cafe. Basically you can just stay few days to see those within the hotel walking distance, so much to see around hotel. There are also street stalls where local eating there nearby the hotel. Big space in the room, enough to open up two middle luggage bags without issue and still got walk way. Love the roof top relaxing place to oversea the town view. Will go for this hotel again if I go again.

Perfect location if you wish to stay in Insadong. So close to all the cute boutiques and very good restaurants. 5-7 min walk to train stations. Rooms are typical Ibis small but very comfortable and clean. Ask for a higher level and you won’t hear anything at night. Laundry room was very good, cheap way to get our washing done after weeks of travelling.

The rooms were very clean. Room is made & cleaned everyday when we return from outdoor. Beds are very comfortable. Albeit abit small but the rooms are still comfortable. Location is superb, near to many eateries and a local market with many restaurants, cafes & shops right opposite the hotel. Subway metro line 5 is about 5 mins walk away. 7-11 is right across the road for your convenience.
