It was a place in a good Location .

However the hôtel is somewhat old fashioned and worn out (stains on wall, dirty and stained carpet, furniture in room that needs repairing, very little space for clothes, rooms are very small - I took a Twin on my own to be able.to spread my suitcase ...). There are so many better options for this price, but not in that neighbourhood.

The location is unbeatable - my preferred neighbourhood in Seoul.

Staff ignored our request to have our bedding changed when our daughter had spilled food

Perfect location if you wish to stay in Insadong. So close to all the cute boutiques and very good restaurants. 5-7 min walk to train stations. Rooms are typical Ibis small but very comfortable and clean. Ask for a higher level and you won’t hear anything at night. Laundry room was very good, cheap way to get our washing done after weeks of travelling.

Might possibly have the worst WiFi known to man when you are in your room. Borderline unusable. In addition, the rooms get pretty hot and you can not manage the temperature in your room.

The staff was amazing, understanding, and accomodating. They were the shining star of this hotel. The location was also great and the facilities were generally clean and modern.

Bathroom is a little small but it's still very clean. No toiletries supplied.

The rooms were very clean. Room is made & cleaned everyday when we return from outdoor. Beds are very comfortable. Albeit abit small but the rooms are still comfortable. Location is superb, near to many eateries and a local market with many restaurants, cafes & shops right opposite the hotel. Subway metro line 5 is about 5 mins walk away. 7-11 is right across the road for your convenience.

Slightly you can hear the voices of other customers outside your room but it doesn’t bother me at all.

Convenient location, near subway station, restaurants and tourist attractions. Good variety of foods to try. Helpful and accommodating staff. We’ll definitely be back again and also will recommend to our friends and family.

Walls were quite thin so any loud movements from neighbours you can definitely hear it. There was also a lack of bathroom toiletries when we checked in but this was minor and didn't affect much of our overall enjoyment and experience staying here.

Hotel location was very convenient as it was close to Ikseondong Hanok Village and a quick walk to the metro. It was a nice, convenient area if you want to stay out of the touristy stays like Hongdae and Myeongdong. They had great facilities (gym, laundry room) and we really made use of it. Housekeeping was top notch and we always came in to a clean room after a long day. Would've stayed here longer :)

The room is a little bit tight as soon as you had a baby crib and two suitecases opened.

Location is good. Near insadong where you can find a lot of traditionnal souvenir shop. The hotel is near the traditionnal neibourghood, there are plenty of nice and pretty restaurants & coffee shop. Staff is great and reactive. Someone smoked in their room or in the corridor, I don't really know but our room smelled cirgarette during our first night. We told the staff and they invited us to change room. But due to the late hour and a sleeping baby, we didn't change room before the next morning.

We loved the service. Staff spoke good English and were very knowledgeable. Helped with transport to hotel & timing . Extremely grateful that they gave me an extended checkout . Lookout for their rooftop space
