Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Laundry on 7th floor which you can use for won2000 each for washing and dryer and Won500 for powder. Myeongdong station in 4 min walk, airport limousine is 3 min away amd shopping in 1 min away....its in heart of myeongdong. Lovely spot. Little expensive but worth it.

The experience was amazing the moment you step though the entrance. We were promptly directed to L6 for check in and were greeted so warmly by the.front desk ladies. Fact that they spoke perfect english made it so much easier. Check in.was fuss free and the common areas and room was so clean!. Room was equipped.with thoughtful touch points such as bathing robes, Dyson hairdryer, free mini bar consumables (topped up once a day), air humidifier, AC heater.for really freezing days, TV adaptors to cast your hp.content.(we used it for Netflix). The hotel location was also a gem! Smack right in the heart of Myeongdong Street. It was ideal for shop and drop (repeat). The Airport Bus stop was a short 50m walk and was the most convenient transport to get to ICN airport on our way back. Highly recommended!

United StatesThought it doesn't bother me, some might not like that the shower/bath/toilet area is separated by glass walls. Nice soaking tub and walk in shower. Could use additional shower hooks for your robe or towel.
location is very central to the heart of Seoul. Myeongdong is a popular tourist and shopping area that comes alive in the late afternoons til around midnight. the Hotel is on a quieter side street and just a bit north of all the activity so it's not too far into the crowds and easy to duck in and out if you want to avoid any crowds. Easy access to the central green subway line and most transfer stations, but you can also walk to many sights. Very comfortable bed and strong water pressure in the shower. Service was thoughtful and prompt. Front desk staff speaks incredibly good English. Special mention to Sam who helped me arrange taxi for the airport and shipped my forgotten item back to the USA for me. Bonus - coin op washer and dryer works better than the one i have at home.

United StatesPlease, no motion-sensor lights by the door! I'd much prefer a light switch. Also please provide brighter lights for the sink area - the Edison bulbs (and makeup mirror) were not bright enough for me to see well.
LOCATION!!!! This is a great hotel with some awesome restaurants and bars just across the street. The hotel was a great location for catching Ubers and getting around, or if you want to shop or eat there are SO MANY places here in Myeongdong to see! The hotel room was clean and the bathroom area was large and relaxing. Staff was also incredible - they were so helpful with holding my luggage upon checkout so that I could do some shopping.... and when I came back with a new suitcase, they were kind enough to show me a space where I could unpack and repack my luggage. They even kept my old luggage to donate locally, rather than me having to dispose of it! Highly recommend.
