Great location, especially for those interested in visiting the Namsan Tower. The food in the restaurant was really delicious & the lounge/bar area has a great selection of food & drinks.

Nothing really, except for the swimming pool, bit of a farce, $40 to use it, and extra for the cabanas We never saw many using it. Very disappointing not to be able to use it. The only 👎 in our stay. It’s a shame to see a nice area like it was not being used A charge like that is unwarranted, in all our travels, we never have come across this before.

The central cooling system was turned off during the night which made the room hot and uncomfortable to sleep in. My sleep was disturbed and I had to get up to open a window.

Hotel restaurants could be opened a bit longer. There are not many places to go to eat next door, so if you arrive late, the only option will be room service.

Definitely a good choice to stay in Seoul. Very calm location. The room was very comfortable and met all our expectations. The staff was very friendly and helpful (small issue with AC was solved immediately). The breakfast was very good, nice selection of Korean and International dishes. The swimming pool is nice but remember to have a swimming cap.

The breakfast could have better quality food. And the location isn't bad, but there isn't much walking distance.

The room was fantastic and super comfortable, especially the bed was super comfy. The view from the 15th floor was great. Free Nespresso coffee in the room.

We love this hotel ! We will stay here again. Everything perfect: stuff with amazing english, cleanliness, attention, fantastic breakfast and dinners with choices of many different cuisine, also at the day time they're serving Tea Sets ( Turkish) and Coffee Sets ( Arabian) with delicious desserts. Wellness facility also great: pilates, yoga, gym, 2 pools, sauna.

The facilities were really clean, the staff was really nice and helpful and the views from the room were amazing. My wife and I really enjoyed the outside pool and the ambassador lounge. The location was great and there's plenty of activities within the surrounding area!

The hotel is nice, but there were a few things that were pretty strange. I assume that these things are considered normal for Korean hospitality so next time I would just have the right expectations. The indoor swimming pool was cold because of the heating system failure. Moreover you need a swimming cap to swim there so we couldn’t use the pool basically. The wellness center is also completely closed on the first Wednesday of the month but you don’t get any compensation for that. You have to pay for sauna and outdoor pool which is a bit crazy considering the price of the stay.

The hotel is super neat, clean and new. The room was spacious, interior was very fresh and recently renovated. We had a great view overlooking Seoul. The staff was accommodating, polite and professional - whenever we had requests they were happy to help. The room was a bit hot at first so we had to change it but again the receptionist was very accommodating.

Bar closed at 10pm….not in the best location for a young family, there isn’t much to do in the immediate vicinity. Not the hotel’s fault of course, we should have just researched area of Seoul better and chosen somewhere more suited to our needs and tastes

Taxi stand was uncomfortable. Wish it has dedicated signs for the taxi in front of hotel. Drivers continue to miss out hotel location many cases while I am waiting.

Sometimes seems like cleaning could be a little bit better - we saw that crunches from the table were not properly wiped, and there was always some hair and dirt left after cleaning (even when we first arrived). However, it does not mean the hotel is not clean, those are just minor details that we saw.

Newly renovated hotel in a nice location. The view from the rooms is amazing! We also enjoyed breakfast and facilities. Staff was very helpful all the time.
