The property is very clean and cleaning service provided daily in the morning. The is super fast WiFi. Very easy to get buses, station etc. Descent restaurants and convenience store close by.

1. Location is close to the Hongik University, between Hongdae Station and Hapjeong Station(closer). Taking metro and bus or walking are all convenient. 2. Spacious and clean room. The shower area is separated from the toilet. 3. The staffs are friendly.

The location and the facilities that the place offers. It is about 10 minutes to the subway station and the heart of Hongdae street area. The place itself offers a warm feeling of home. It offers free coffee, tea and some light snacks . You are also welcome to use their kitchen and dining area , and there are all you need there such utensils, palates, cups and a microwave

This hostel is beautiful and so cozy. We stayed in like five different accommodations throughout our 2 weeks in Korea and Dream House was my favorite! Really cozy interiors and comfy beds. Great location near Hongdae, but not too close to festival street that you are kept awake by the clubs. There's a ton of great cafes, restaurants, and shops nearby - highly recommend Homilbat for bingsu nearby! Also the woman who checked us in was friendly, spoke great English, and was wearing an In N Out t-shirt, which as Californians visiting Korea, we loved to see <3 Check-in and -out was quick and easy.

The location of Dream House was perfect. It was close to cafes, shopping, restaurants. The room was cute, very clean and quiet. The staff were so friendly and helped us with all of our questions. I stayed here twice on my 3.5 week trip to Seoul.

Firstly, the staff/owners were very kind and held onto my luggage as I came early. In the meantime, I walked around, grabbed lunch and enjoyed the nearby shops. The accommodation is also close to Hapjeong station and is also close to all of the shopping streets. The CU nearby is also quite large and has a good array of things in comparison to other convenience stores. I was also pleasantly surprised at just how clean the place was! I sat down on the floor while I was packing my luggage (LOL). I would definitely love to come back and stay at Dream House again.

The location was in an ideal spot near a lot of shops and a big street. A lot of affordable food options nearby. The beds were really soft and comfy and the thermostat helped with the cold. The staff were really friendly in helping us with the TV too. 11/10 experience.-

The staff were so incredibly nice. They made the stay ten times more comfortable. I also really enjoyed the rooftop and shared kitchen where I got the chance to meet new people.

The only thing I didn't like was that when using the elevator, it always stops on the lobby floor. Not a huge deal but gets annoying after awhile.

I stayed in 4 places while on a trip here and this place was by FAR the best place I stayed at.

There is no toliet avaiable after check out. Another issue is the absence of bathtub. Not sure it is a norm in Seoul but it is really not convenient

The location is quite good. There are a few restaurants near the guesthouse. The staff are quite helpful. They listen our request of room requirements
