Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

5 minutes walk to the metro station Sinseol-dong exit 8. You receive an E-mail before arriving telling you about access to the property and what room you are allocated, the key was left in the room. Box of towels left in reception for use each day, just put the used ones in the used box. Room had en-suite toilet and shower. Bed was comfortable, TV, strong Wi-Fi. Basic accommodation and left alone to your own devices. Kitchen on the ground floor for preparing meals and their was a washing machine for use.

I think this hostel is pretty great, its not immaculate and it ain't perfect but what is? Its an amazing location, very easy to move around the city and plenty clean enough for me. Very good price and very enjoyable. Thanks again.

KazakhstanI wish it was maintained a little better, because the room looked worn out and it was not in the tidiest condition.
The location is great! It took us about 5 mins to get to both the bus station and the metro (subway station). Although the facilities were not in the newest condition, all of them worked out just fine. If you have limited amount of money for your expenses, this is a great deal!

ItalyThe place was quite dirty. That's the only complain I have. If it had been cleaner I guess mine could have been a 4/5 star review but unfortunately I have to keep it to 3 because hygiene is really important in my mind.
It is in a perfect place to move around Seoul freely because it is just 15 min walk from 3 different metro stations. The place was quite, no noises from other rooms could be heard. It also has got a common room where you can find both cold and hot water and other utensil to have fast meal. However it hadn't been clean so we couldn't use none of the supplies provided. Which is a pity because they offered quite a lot.

The location, nearby train, bus,and airport limo station. Convinience store was all around the place. Nearby a beautiful river too. The basic facilities are all provided esp the washing machine and kitchen, so i can done my backpacking with less clothes bring to travel.. The host was also so helpful. Help me with my luggage for 3 days i need to go to busan, he taking care of it and helps me to call the DMZ OPERATOR to pick me up nearby

Good value. Felt very well taken care of. We had trouble with the aircon one morning. Owners fixed it within minutes. It was an extremely smooth stay from start to finish

CanadaAlot of mold in our private room. The bathroom mold smell was unbearable, we even tried to hold our breaths when entering the bathroom. We did everything possible to stay out late so we wouldn't have to be in the room. We honestly worried for our health. This is specific to our room, so this issue may vary. The whole place is just old and run down.
Location was good, pretty central. Cheaper accommodation in Seoul. Would recommend booking for only a night or two.

AustraliaRoom was unclean - not vacuumed, hair on the bedding and a dirty towel in the bathroom. There were also cockroaches. Quite hours were not adhered to or enforced. Might be okay for a short stay but personally I would not stay here again.
Good location with clear instructions to find the property. I was able to check in early and it was nice having a private bathroom.
