There aren’t much electrical outlets in the rooms. The room is also quite small as well as the gym. No ala carte breakfast/meals as well.

The property is situated right at the heart of Myeongdong, which makes going around a lot easier and more convenient. Staff are wonderful as well! Facilities are good.

Wished the twin room had more space for opening big luggage. Additionally, it was inconvenient that the two rooms we booked for our family of five were located on separate floors.

Rooms were equipped with exceptionally comfortable beds, and each room had its own dedicated router, ensuring excellent in-room WiFi. The hotel's convenient location allowed for easy access to Myeongdong shopping and food street, which were both within walking distance.

I wish our room was furnished as nicely as other rooms I saw in the photos on their website, it was much simpler instead. No big issue though.

Location, style. We had a small issue with a light that wouldn’t turn off, it was around midnight and within few minutes a technician arrived and solved the problem. Very efficient!

The location of this hotel was excellent, it was super close to the Myeongdong Street Markets and a train away to everything else, lots of shops nearby including a 7/11 and coffee shop downstairs. We couldn't fault the location of the hotel as it was perfect for us. The room was small however it fit two females + our two suitcases so we managed just fine. The bed was comfy and we had enough pillows, plus we felt we could relax in our room too, lots of channels to watch K-drama on and shower pressure was good. I believe it is older hotel as there was water damage to the wood on the walls in the bathroom and quite a bit wear and tear. We did have an issue with our aircon where it wasn't going cold and blasting warm air on this very hot night, we advised the desk and it was fixed by that afternoon which was really good. The breakfast was a nice spread however it was the same everyday. Only one type of fruit every day and not much options for vegetarians except the usual toast/cereal/eggs and fries (Odd breakfast item), we found this common in Japan/Korea. It didn't phase us at all and we still enjoyed it. The staff was really nice and greeted us every morning. There is a concierge in the lobby that you can book tours thorugh, super friendly and helpful with every question. This was a great stay for us on a last minute getaway with a medium budget, it suited its purpose of being amoungst it all as well as some quiet time.

The walls in the room were a bit dusty, some areas weren't cleaned regularly. But bathroom was very clean.

Location was perfect. Right in Myeongdong centre near the night markets and shopping. Rooms were decent sized and comfortable. Reception was very welcoming.

Rooms were small as with most similar priced hotels with lack of wardrobe space and even hooks to hang clothes. Quite dated rooms without electrical sockets next to both beds. Pillows were so flat your head almost touched the bed even with 2 pillows. They had a nice lobby on level 17 but the ground level lobby was small. There was also no proper drop off point for taxis so taxis frequently had to stop opposite the road.

Conveniently located near the train station and across the road from Myeongdong street market and Lotte Dept Store. Coin (credit card only) laundry was very useful for us especially when rooms did not have any space for hanging wet laundry.

The wall and ceiling in 1607 had peeling paint/wallpaper. Faucets in the bathroom were not tightly installed. The rest of the room looked new though.

Conveniently located. Merely few minutes away from the bustling Myeongdong food and shopping street. Staffs were fluent in English and helpful too. Room was very comfortable and clean.

For our commute to the airport, we wanted to book a taxi upfront. The staff was very helpful and made the reservation. But 1 day before our trip to the airport, we double-checked our reservation at the counter, just to be sure. Turned out the booking was not made. Luckily we checked it. A different person then made the reservation.
